    Lots of programming options and the service is reliable but you pay for what you get. It's expensive!!!

We were reluctant to sign the contract since it was for a one year contract. Like fools we believed the Comcast people on the phone when they told us we would be released from the contract if Comcast did not offer service at the new location we would be moving to. Turns out no Comcast service is offered at our new location. You guessed it. They will not release us from the additional 10 months on the contract. They lied to us and their management explained that Comcast cannot be held responsible for what their employees tell customers. The only thing that matters is what they tricked us into signing. I cannot tell you how poor this customer service is and what an awful experience it has been to do business with this company. We have never encountered anything like it. If I could have rated them with zero stars, I would have. "Caveat Emptor-Let the buyer beware". Now the public is aware!

I'm a very happy customer. This is now really fast Internet for a rural area. Customer has improved greatly over the years, very knowledgeable and responsive, installation engineers are all really good as well. You can't judge Rock Solid on previous reviews, they have consistently improved my service over the last 18 months. I'm really happy with the service, for my rural location, it's without question the best solution available for me. Initial Review: Let me start by saying I have been a Rock Solid Internet customer for 8 years. I'm a computer professional, I work out of my house, so I use the internet all day long. I know immediately when my internet goes down, and I use the internet in the evening as well, including streaming services such as NetFlix & Hulu. I also am a very demanding consumer, who wants & notices the highest quality picture possible while streaming. I'll admit that many of the reviews posted here about RSI quality of service are experiences I have had at one time, but it's no longer the case for me. Sometime in late 2015 I noticed service was good enough for me to stream Hulu content reliably, but not NetFlix. In early 2016 I found I could get NetFlix to also stream really consistent. I actually waited several months to be sure I was going to continue to see good service, before posting a review. My internet has been consistently up during the day and very fast. As with many other internet providers, it does slow a little bit in the early evening, when people get home from work & school. But it's entirely good enough for evening stream on NetFlix & Hulu, I honestly cannot remember the last time NetFlix or Hulu paused.

Battlefield 6 just came out and guess what. No internet. A couple weeks ago, same thing. This is just a dumpster juice of a service. Would not recommend at all. Still getting the most reliable and faster internet speech and they keep pushing the time that the internet will be on, back by 3 hours. They literally have the worst team ever.     Other one star reviews are absolutely correct. Go in Thursday to get a new phone by trade in. I've…read moredone this many times at a different location. Usually really quick, they grab the new phone do their scans and updates inform me I have 30 days to return my trade in device, print me a shipping label maybe a box if I'm lucky. This place was the opposite. The lady insisted we do everything there. As every back to back iPhone user knows when you get a new one and want to transfer everything the new device needs to be updated. So then she told us to "go shopping" or something for an hour and come back and everything should be done by then. I told her I would just do it at home. Then she insisted we bring the phone back to the location within 30 days. Do the transfer, reset old phone, and go to give it back the next day. The employee that I had worked with was allegedly off and won't be back for a few days and James "couldn't" take back the phone because the previous employee we worked with was the "boss" and did it a way he "wouldn't have". Couldn't offer me a shipping label, refused to help in any way. Explicitly and repeatedly told me to just take it somewhere else. Was very argumentative from the moment we walked in. Never took his headphone from his ear. Very unprofessional. What's supposed to be an extremely easy and quick service is now requiring me to go back and forth and then to a new location completely. Just take the extra time out of your day to drive to another location trust me it'll be worth it.
