Grande has been nothing but a pain for the last year, and I am just TIRED of their excuses. I work from home, and there hasn't been a single day where I lose internet signal more than 5 times a day (that is not normal). On some days, I lose signal for hours and I know what their answer is "unplug and plug back your router". It is so frustrating that doesn't matter what we do, we always have the same issue and the customer service tells me that if they send someone, and don't find a problem then I have to pay an additional fee for their "work". They used to be such a good company with amazing customer service, but I guess since their recent changes with Astound things have been changing for the worse. Definitely not coming back to Grande ever again.

When after a 10-minute game of talking to a robot, you finally get a real person, guess what? That person has a thick accent making it impossible to understand him. I finally gave up trying to decipher what he was saying and said: I've got to go. Thank you. This is absolutely the worst customer service I've ever experienced.
