I had an issue where my laptop was on a boot-loop as well as I needed a general tune-up on a desktop. After explaining my issues briefly, he already had a game plan on how to fix them and succinctly explained what he intended to do. All I was realistically expecting was that I could regain access to my laptop and that my desktop would run reasonably well again. That being said, a day later and now both of my computers run far faster than I ever remember them running. I must say, what sounded like simple fixes did far more than I was expecting and couldn't be happier. As for customer service, he was exceptionally polite and listened to all of my concerns. He diagnosed the problem, sent a quote, and ordered the replacement screen in a matter of hours after we dropped it off! The whole process only took about four days total. The repair cost way less than I was expecting and James included a 3-year warranty, which was a very pleasant surprise. He's very professional and willing to take the time to sit down with you and answer any questions you may have. If we need more repairs done, we'll definitely go back to this place! We had taken our computers to other repair shops that charged huge amounts of money and would lose our data or not actually fix the problem so I was skeptical when I saw someone advertising as Affordable. He managed to not only turn my 8 yr old hunk of barely functioning plastic back into the computer I am using right now at nearly the same efficiency of when I first bought it but he was able to replace my dads laptop keyboard and fix his functionality issues.
