I had made an appointment online for a certain time but when I came in, there was no check in process. There were not many people there so the appointment wasn't really needed and once I was seen they cancelled the appointment. I'm not sure it helps to make an appointment online for this store but you can make an appointment online if you want to try. The staff were very polite and they had a fun Christmas skeleton at the front of the store.

He also left out the important information when setting up auto-pay. He failed to inform me that the process would take 2 billing cycles to take an effect. The only thing he talked about anything related to '2 billing cycles' was about my discount. He even failed to set up autopayment, claiming that it should automatically be done since I already have my internet service with At&T. Due to his mistakes, I was charged with an overdue of 80 dollars. When I called this store and the manager (Alex) did not seem to care. Alex(Manager), at least educate your employees and do your job. Once you lose your credibility, it's hard to get it back. For anyone to see, I do not recommend this place. Go to a corporate office to get it done right. There's no professionalism or integrity at this place.

Something that took less than 3 minutes took them 35 to 40 minutes to get to me. When the representative came to assist I asked if an appointment was a suggested time and he gave me the excuse that 4 people walked out and it was shift change and lunch break. This was late in the afternoon, after 5PM. Meanwhile the manager is at the back counter adjusting her bra and breast under her shirt. I then walk up and make her aware that I have an appointment and she states "we will be with you soon". I then state soon has come and gone. Pick another location. The manager was more worried about her highlights and breast than the 8 customers waiting to be assisted
