DE was recommended by a friend so I went with my own shirts to be embroidered with our company…read morelogo. Being a small company ourselves I go to small businesses when I can. We discussed the logo, and its placement. I asked for 2 patches in addition to the embroidery on the shirts. I made it clear I wanted them to sew on Jackets we had at home. I was a little surprised I was not charged a set up fee for the digitizing. I requested a proof and never received one, just a phone call 2 weeks later that my order was ready. When I arrived they handed me a bag with my shirts. I opened the shirts up and our company name was incomplete. "Why didn't you put our entire name on"?" I asked. I was told the print was too little and wouldn't be legible. I asked why I wasn't I called or sent a proof so an adjustment could be made. I was told I didn't ask for one. Whether I asked or not when they realized they could not do as I requested they should have stopped. Instead, they made a decision they had no right to make. The 2 patches I ordered were also incomplete and were sewn directly on 2 of the shirts which I never asked to be down. Luckily they were sewn on so sloppily I was able to remove them with no damage to the shirts. I started to argue but I could tell by her attitude she was not going to do anything to remedy the error. I made it very clear I wasn't happy and they obviously didn't care. Unprofessional with no customer service. I paid and left.

We were helped right away by Bushra and the selection of scrubs is amazing. Bushra helped us with selecting the right pants and matching tops and if one didn't fit she'd switch out for another style and size. They sell all brands of scrubs all colors of scrubs for men and women. Pricing is right along with online prices or at other stores. We'll definitely be back to order more scrubs.
