Went here twice, once for a blanket to be embroidered and another time for a pillow to be…read moreembroidered. The blanket took way longer than expected and was around $30. I show up and look at the blanket, the thickness they used was so small I couldn't see it at all. It was a fluffy blanket but I expected them to at least let me know rather than just acting like it was fine!! The blanket was also melted in some spots from the machine. No refunds, returns, etc. They did not care and did nothing for me. The store owners (Trends and Traditions) agreed with me and took back the blanket but the lady from Stitches and Such said nothing could be done and sent it right back. Then I decided to give them another chance. Mistake number 2 on my part. They had my pillow done on time this time, only spelled wrong! I spelled it out for them multiple times and wrote it down in two places and they had proof of that even after they screwed up. The font was also so tiny and not what I agreed to. So overpriced and when they messed up, the owner said she didn't care that I missed pillow/paddle swap and that it wasn't her fault. She didn't refund anything or help me at all. The worst customer service. Never going back and don't recommend anyone else come here! They just want your money and rush through the orders without attention to detail. Not to mention they're much more expensive than other places. I paid $40 for them to just embroider on my pillowcase and then spell it wrong but it "wasn't their fault." Wish I had nicer things to say!

Asked if it would be done prior to Labor Day, and with a chuckle the owner told me no way. She then said it will be later in the month. I received a text on 9/10/26 asking to choose a font, I did so within 15 minutes of receiving the text. I then received "what it will look like" within 12 minutes of my response. After short conversations of some tweeking that needed to be done, I received a final proof less than 2 hours from the start of us exchanging text messages and approved it immediately. With this mind, I am thinking that I will receive my product in the next week. Well...on 9/28/26 I still have not heard a word about my project, so I sent a text message to inquire if it had been done. The response was "I'm closed today, but it's first up for me to sew in AM". My thought was, if it is first up the next day, is that a coincidence that I happen to inquire on just the right day?...no I don't think so...I think my project was forgotten about. Ok, so I asked about the project on Monday (she stated she was closed) but was told it was first up on Tuesday. I go into the store at the end of the day on Wednesday to pick up my project, just to hear "it's not ready" and when I said that she had told me that it would be done first thing Tuesday and today is Wednesday, she said that she had "stuff to do for the school. I could wait an hour and it would be ready." (mind you she didn't even have the courtesy to come to the counter to tell me this or apologize for not getting it done as she had promised) I left the store. Why would the store tell me that my project is first thing to get done the next day and not do it. Ok if you didn't get it done on Tuesday, wouldn't the common courtesy be to text/phone me and tell me??? When I went back on Friday to get my project, the lady at the register retrieved my project, told me the price, I paid for the project, and as I turned to walk out of the store, she rudely says "your welcome"....???? My experience is when someone purchases something from you, the person selling the product says "thank you!" not your welcome! Maybe EVERYONE in this store could use a lesson in common courtesy!!!!!!!!!!!!! She also told me that mine was not the only project in the store, well duh ...I am sure of that....but don't promise me that it will be done first thing the next morning and not do it and not communicate with me that it didn't get done.
