Went here twice, once for a blanket to be embroidered and another time for a pillow to be embroidered. The blanket took way longer than expected and was around $30. I show up and look at the blanket, the thickness they used was so small I couldn't see it at all. It was a fluffy blanket but I expected them to at least let me know rather than just acting like it was fine!! The blanket was also melted in some spots from the machine. No refunds, returns, etc. They did not care and did nothing for me. The store owners (Trends and Traditions) agreed with me and took back the blanket but the lady from Stitches and Such said nothing could be done and sent it right back. Then I decided to give them another chance. Mistake number 2 on my part. They had my pillow done on time this time, only spelled wrong! I spelled it out for them multiple times and wrote it down in two places and they had proof of that even after they screwed up. The font was also so tiny and not what I agreed to. So overpriced and when they messed up, the owner said she didn't care that I missed pillow/paddle swap and that it wasn't her fault. She didn't refund anything or help me at all. The worst customer service. Never going back and don't recommend anyone else come here! They just want your money and rush through the orders without attention to detail. Not to mention they're much more expensive than other places. I paid $40 for them to just embroider on my pillowcase and then spell it wrong but it "wasn't their fault." I got a scarf monogrammed for my mother for Christmas. It came out great. They placed a pin to make sure the location was where I wanted. The girl was very sweet that took my order. I tried to get a hat done a few days later for my dad but it wouldn't have been ready in time for Christmas- which is totally understandable since they looked swamped with orders. I was told my order would be ready by Dec. 22nd and it ended up being ready a few days earlier. It looks great. read more

Had an order for just two hats of my own for a monogram and it ended up being 60$ just for hardly nothing. They don't tell you what you owe before, apparently also don't care if your happy or not with your order because there is no return policy once they stitch anything. Overall never coming here again for monogram or anything! read more

Great turn around time and great prices. Have been in just to drop off and pick up an order, but the store is really cute. Only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is that there were some threads sticking up kind of funny when I picked up my order, but it really wasn't that bad...and was also irreversible so there wasn't reason to get it fixed. But really, other than the few little threads, great work and really great prices! read more

We weren't happy with the results or the fact that they made no effort to fix the situation. We had them digitize our logo and embroider some shirts with it. There were spaces and gaps throughout the stitching that was supposed to be solid and part of it was hard to read. It just didn't look professional. When I brought them back, with my receipt, I was told I needed to wait for the right person to get back from an errand, so I did. That person told me that she couldn't locate my order form so that made it hard for her to help me. In reference to the poor quality, she said that I had no idea how many shirts they did and no one else ever complained. And that that was how it came back from the company that digitized it. It had also been more than the 7 days allowed for returns. I would need to come back and talk to someone else, because there was nothing she could do. I would have thought that a company that put out "more shirts than I had any idea about" would recognize when a logo wouldn't come out very good. Also, that they would stop upon seeing the first one look so bad, so as to not ruin the rest of the shirts. We're now out hundreds of dollars on shirts that cannot be worn. read more

Dropped off my bag on 1/4/16 to have it monogrammed. Went to pick it up on 1/9/16. The L turned out to look like a U. I was not happy plus the thread was not tight the ends were beginning to look like it would unravel. I ordered what I thought would be a fix for the original poor job. The associate stated the manager would call me to discuss the price since I was not happy but that it would be ready on 1/16/16. Manager never calls I go to pick up my bag on 1/16/16. Guess what - no changes have been made its exactly as I left it 2 weeks prior. The associate makes a phone call to someone I assume is the manager. The associate apologizes stating the bag was in the back but no one knew why but since I signed for the original design I would have to pay for that and the correction I wanted. Why didn't the manager call? Can we take a look at it and have it ready for you on Tuesday? Really? The manager did not call I figured so the associates would have deal with it not the manager - definitely a sign of being hands off management. Unfortunately getting a brand new bag monogrammed and showing it off is now ruined. It will be showed off but to warn against the poor quality, the poor management, and the poor customer service at Stitches & Such. read more
