I also brought in a parcel of 4 blue sapphires to be included in the ring. Staff helped me design the ring. White gold, stone placement and orientation plans were drawn up. They allowed me to partially pay in a kilo bar of .999 silver. A couple of weeks later, I went to pick the new ring up. The wife loved it. It was truly spectacular. I have been back. This time to make rings, earrings, etc. out of loose gemstones, I purchased elsewhere. Specifically, 2 solitaire diamonds, 2 sapphires, 2 garnets and a pair of amethyst earrings. Staff has always been attentive, never demeaning or overbearing. I felt like they gave me good deals without hassles. When I need jewelry made, which will be soon, I will go back.
