This was never disclosed to me, and they are able to do this (apparently) because they're a "stand alone" UPS store. Again, I was never notified anywhere that this was an additional charge. Feels like a scam so the owner can pocket the fee. Also, the employee was rude when I tried asking for clarification stating I had already paid a fee to UPS. The only saving grace was the employee who originally called me to let me know my package was ready for pickup. He also gave me the most sympathetic reaction when I got surprised by the additional charge (he obviously had no idea).

Emailed it. Waited 5-10 mins and they were still talking, I asked them if they got it and they said no. I then said I would just print it myself and got the hell out there. 15 mins when they could have just communicated and then gone back to their conversation. They seem like nice people, but way too relaxed. They should be able to take note when someone is in a hurry and speed up if they want the repeat business. I will try the UPS store on austin next time. I had a very good experience there previously.
