I had a package shipped that needed my signature. I was not going to be home during the delivery time, so I used the app to change my option to store pick-up. I was charged $5.99 for the change, but I felt this was the safest option. Once I got to the store location nearest me, they charged me another additional $5 as a hold fee. This was never disclosed to me, and they are able to do this (apparently) because they're a "stand alone" UPS store. Again, I was never notified anywhere that this was an additional charge. Feels like a scam so the owner can pocket the fee. Also, the employee was rude when I tried asking for clarification stating I had already paid a fee to UPS. The only saving grace was the employee who originally called me to let me know my package was ready for pickup. He also gave me the most sympathetic reaction when I got surprised by the additional charge (he obviously had no idea). read more

Not sure if it's this store or UPS as an entity. I was denied an Amazon return that was a rails for my range finder for my binos for golf. The reason was because it can also be used on a firearm. If you can't fulfill a return to Amazon then why is UPS an option. Waste of time. When me and my sibling walking in the his-panic immigrants they have working their didn't greet us, customer service was trash, wasnt trying to help with our shipping products. I've been here twice so far. The first time, the female working was friendly and quick to receive my package (an Amazon return). However, they didn't seem to process it further as I didn't get my Amazon refund the same day. It's not a big deal since Amazon will eventually refund when they receive it, but its usually within a few hours if UPS processes it quickly (or correctly?). Today, I tried to go again. The sign said it opens at 830 am, and I arrived closer to 9 am. The lights were still off, the doors were locked, and another gentleman said he had been waiting outside since 830 am. read more

So I decided to ship a package from this location and after researching a quote online due to the measurements I go inside and get offer $130 plus additional to the quote. They stated that they have their own personal fees which is bullcrap, the crew Members are trained to disregard your measurements and scan pre set QR codes that excede your actual dimensions. The franchise is own by either a indian or Pakistani. I end up paying $189 online Their quote $346 Do your research and save some money people read more

I was in the Walzem Rd. UPS store and wanted to let the management know that the staff there and I hope I get this correct ; Leo,Isaiah,Angel and Nathan are the type of individuals any company would be proud to have represent them. They were so personable and attentive to my needs. They made it so easy to to get my package sent out without a hitch. I ship out packages for my business frequently and I package most my items in poly mailers. I dropped by the UPS store to ship a package and the short little man behind the counter told me rudely that I couldn't ship my item because it wasn't in a bubble mailer... Again I ship with UPS frequently and it has never been a problem how I choose to package my items. I'm unsure why he felt the need to tell me I couldn't ship MY ITEM in a poly mailer. He proceeded to argue with me and after I told him it's something I am selling personally he had the nerve to ask if it was "SHEIN" items... the employees are always so nice at this location but this little man was extremely rude to me. I didn't appreciate it and I will just take my business elsewhere where. read more

This experience is long overdue but looking at the comments I'd like think that my complaints to corporate have improved this location for the better. And just know that some UPS stores are franchises, so you have to settle your issues with the original store, unfortunately. First off customer service has gone down from this location to corporate office. Here is the CUSTOMER SERVICE SOLUTION PH 800-789-4623 You have to be on top of calling them because "customer service" is really a thing of the past. Lilly may be more manager/customer service oriented than Mr. Patel. First red flag was Manager Patel was on his personal cell phone when I walked in the store. It sounds like the UPS computer system keeps records of past mailing addresses but he read the correct mailing address verbatim to me when he rang up my total. I walked out the store with a receipt and tracking number. Long story short, Patel probably printed the wrong address label and blamed it on the warehouse. My package ended up at the wrong house and luckily it was a family member who tried to drop it off at another UPS store and they would accept it because FRANCHISES WORK INDEPENDENTLY. Next thing I found out is that my package arrived at the wrong destination and the tracking number did not match what was on my receipt. I found out by downloading the UPS and compared tracking numbers!!! This was handled unprofessionally: Mr. Patel didn't want to refund. Did not do corrective action in expediting my package. Correspondence with both franchise and corporate was grueling and slow. Be careful folks! read more

I arrived at the Walzum location at a busy time of the day. I had a large box and one of the ladies working didn't hesitate to run over and give me a hand. I thought I had an easy Amazon return but turned out that it needed special labels printed which required me to email the store and I didn't know how to do any of this. Thankfully both the young ladies (Tori and Lily, I think) were very knowledgeable and patient and walked me through the process. I was done and out the door in no time. I noticed they were also very good at keeping the line moving without making anyone feel like they were being overlooked. In these days of poor to no customer service, it's good to know there are still people that care about your time and experience. I hope whoever signs their paycheck is paying them enough to stay because trust me, you don't find customer service like this anymore. read more

I've been here 100times and never really had an issue. My son has always gone in with me but TODAY for some reason one employee constantly had something to say about my son. He grabbed a card and as soon as he did she says "make sure he doesn't rip it" I was going to buy it because my son liked it so I just put it back. My son saw me put it back and started to spin the rack to look at other cards and AGAIN the employee says to my 3 YEAR OLD AUTISTIC CHILD "stop spinning the rack" then looks at me and says "can you tell him to stop spinning the rack" MEANWHILE IM STRUGGLING TO TAPE MY PACKAG. If my son is such an issue then at least help me tape my package but nope she just stayed at her cash register and was dead locked on watching every move my son made, Then she starts saying that everything is a contamination issue. Of all times I've been here the sad service here today just made me want to make sure I NEVER come to this sorry location again. read more

The lady interrupts me while I'm asking the other sales rep and says. - that's what we charge because that is what the owner charges - so i decided to post a review. Not be vengeful or mean but I just got jacked for 3 pieces of paper. So this messages is for the owner and whoever reads this : PSA to the owner - stop being a damn cheap ass and actually make your business for the people not for yourself. I've have never walked into a UPS and paid 3.47 for 3 pieces of paper. You wanna charge people to use a computer that is outdated fine but place a timer on it like every other UPS and Kinkos and charge by the minute. It's not fair that because I use it for literally a min and half that I get charged the same 3 bucks that someone gets charged when they use that bum ass computer for 15. Y'all need to do better. I have a receipt without a tracking number or an invoice stapled to it. I call to ask if they can reverse look-up the tracking number. Nope, not at all. I find this really hard to believe. Why have a reference number on a receipt that leads to nothing? If that was all, fine, stupid design flaw in the point of sale system and receipt. But no, I'm told the receipt "ALWAYS" has the invoice stapled to it. And he ALWAYS does it. His name is even on the receipt. There's no invoice, there's not even any staple holes. So not ALWAYS apparently. Lose the attitude. You assumed the invoice was lost, but clearly it was not provided/stapled in the first place. read more

Abysmal customer service! Paid for a package to get somewhere overnight. It didnt make it for 3 days. This was back in Dec. I have been calling for the last 4 months trying to get a refund and those IDIOTS are apparently not wanting to refund money for their lack of being able to provide the service for which I paid. All I got was the constant run around and the solemn promise that I would receive a call back with an update. Apparently they cant use the phone either. Never received an update. NOW, I hear that the manager is out for a surgery for the next 6-8 weeks and she is the only one that figure out the refund process. Your store sucks! I hope people stop using your store because apparently only one person knows how to do anything, and she was even worthless at getting anything done! read more
