In addition to helping me out with my larger/heavier packages; one of their employees managed to figure out a package was for me despite the address being nearly illegible! That employee is a young man named Ivan. He noticed that the box was splashed with some kind of toner & the majority of the label, including the name was all but covered in this black ink. The box looked almost similar to a Jackson Pollack painting! Lol! He saw the first 3 letters of my name & figured out that it should be mine. Thank goodness he did, it was some jewelry making tools I had ordered. The UPS Store offers value for my money; what with carrying some of my heavier more awkward sized packages to my car for me & now trying to put the puzzle pieces together of a nearly obscured address label. Federally Expressing myself. I had a big package I had to…read moredrop off to get shipped. The company receiving it required that I ship it via Fed Ex. No problem. The clerk behind the counter was able to immediately help. There was no line. The place was clean and picked up. The area was well lit, and felt safe. The parking was easy, I got to park right in front of the door to bring my heavy package in. Nice. It's not quite so easy getting in and out of this FedEx due to the median on Babcock. You can use this shopping center to get to the Bank of America right behind it without going through the intersection. I didn't pay for the shipping, the recipient did, so I don't exactly know how much of a value it was shipping the box. It was nice that I didn't have to pay. I deign this Fed Ex worthy of four stars.
