This UPS store is near my father's house and convenient when i visit him. This past trip i had three packages. The price for the large one to a quilting service was fair. The price for two books to my children was *cough* unbelievable. Since there is no USPS nearby, the clerk (Matt) helped me find a better rate and i went with it. The envelope to Canada? It waited until later in the week when i could get to a USPS. Matt was cheerful, helpful, polite, and presented himself professionally. We have used this store as a mailbox for both business and personal mail, and it has always been a good experience. One really good benefit of having a box is getting a key for after-hours access. We have had no problems with receiving mail, and their other services make it very attractive to do business with them. For instance, you can drop mail off for the post office. I believe it is picked up at 3:00 pm daily. It's also super easy to drop off packages for UPS delivery. They sell postage stamps, too, but be prepared for an upcharge if you buy them here. You may figure the convenience factor makes it worth it. One other service that they provide, and that you may not be aware of, is notary service. Wow! That has been really helpful a couple of times. All round, this is a well-run store with helpful people. read more

Lost my package by scratching out my address and writing "RTS" on the package to return to sender. Asked if I needed a new label for tracking and they said, nope we can find it even though it's USPS. One month later... still has not showed. Can't track it either. The best part, they will not provide the footage of me being in the store giving them my package for me to file a claim. Currently, out hundreds of dollars for an unreturned appliance part. Shady business practices/horrible customer service. Give your money to any UPS store but this one. read more

I have used this UPS STORE for many years. They have always given excellent service. Have not used their mail service. They are very convenient. They always seem to have enough help! Lines move quickly. I would highly recommend them. My only objection is they are higher on their postal costs, stamps, etc. but of course they have to be to make a profit. Can't really fault them there if you don't want the inconvenience of going to the post office! I give them five stars! read more

This place is amazing. I love how efficient they are. They have plenty of services from shipping to printing/copying (several large commercial printers/copiers), fax, they offer post office boxes, have a small business center, and have packing and other services available. It's conveniently located at the corner of 1604 & Blanco road in the HEB Plus! shopping center. Every time I've come here, there is never a long wait and since it's on my way out or on my way home, I appreciate how convenient it is to get my in and out without sacrificing a large portion of my day to drive to their location or wait toin line. Staff is always quick and professional. I've been so many places to ship packages and the services I've received here, particularly the short wait time, by far exceeds them all. I'm not sure why I even attempt go anywhere else. read more

I would put down a zero if it was possible. They are totally disorganized. I got a quote from them yesterday for shipping a package to Canada. Today they told me that they do not ship to Canada because it is too much trouble. Not the most pleasant people to deal with. I would suggest that you go elsewhere where you can find people that are more organized and can be of more assistance. read more

I have my mailbox here for one of my companies...had one for about 4 years now. This location is run by great staff and ownership. They recognize me daily and always helpful. Staff is usually very attentive! I've shipped things using this location on various occasions not only in person but over the phone and never had any issues. I get notifications when mail and pages come in as well as other notifications. Would recommend this place! read more

The old Caucasian male employee at this location is always rude, dismissive, avoids eye contact, makes me feel like I'm burdening him anytime I stop buy. I honestly don't think you or anyone should stop by this location. I usually do in my way to Costco but I will never come here again. The employees are always very friendly and even remember my box number when I come in to pick up a package. ***BEWARE - HORRIBLE FRANCHISE*** AWFUL service by the staff. I redirected 2 packages to their location (as I have in the past) because I was going to be gone for almost 2 weeks on business. When I received a notice (on Tuesday) that they were returning my packages to UPS, I called them immediately and requested they hold them till Friday when I was to be back in town. When I arrived, I was told they'd been returned the day before. No apology, no offer to help. Nothing. Just an "oh well - what do you want me to do about it?" attitude. It wasn't until I inquired about what my options were that casually mentioned I could probably call UPS and have them redirect the packages back. No offer of actual customer service to help facilitate that. All he could say (and repeat more than once) is that had been scheduled to be returned sooner - as if to say - "hey you're lucky we held them as long as we did!" I have been doing business with this location for several years but NO MORE. I'll now drive further to another UPS store for a genuine customer service experience. read more

Big Delay in shipping a packet of photos! 48 hours before the package left San Antonio according to UPS's own tracking. I used UPS instead of the USPS as it's location is convenient versus the miles to the post office although the price was higher to ship. I ended up with the worst service - slower than USPS and far higher cost. Lesson Learned! read more
