It seems none of the shipping stores employees bother to come open doors anymore and this was such a wonderful surprise. In fact went by ups after... and zero assistance or service like his store. That employee is a young man named Ivan. He noticed that the box was splashed with some kind of toner & the majority of the label, including the name was all but covered in this black ink. The box looked almost similar to a Jackson Pollack painting! Lol! He saw the first 3 letters of my name & figured out that it should be mine. Thank goodness he did, it was some jewelry making tools I had ordered.
