In addition to helping me out with my larger/heavier packages; one of their employees managed to figure out a package was for me despite the address being nearly illegible! That employee is a young man named Ivan. He noticed that the box was splashed with some kind of toner & the majority of the label, including the name was all but covered in this black ink.
