Her tone was unpleasant, and the way she spoke to customers was completely unacceptable. There was no courtesy or professionalism--just an attitude that made the whole experience frustrating. If this is how they treat customers, I'll definitely be taking my business elsewhere. Avoid this location if you expect decent customer service!
