Amazon and UPS have an agreement to take their free returns but they were trying to charge me for boxes and shipping. Here they scanned the order and I was done in under a minute. Today I went again to ship something and even though they couldn't find my account at first, Santos at the counter was super patient and helped me figure it out and get me a receipt. I want to rate less than one star. FedEx sucks. They often mark packages as delivered before…read morethey've even sent them out of the local facility. I currently have an order that was shipped internationally for a birthday present for my child. I can see very clearly that it is at a FedEx ship center and that there was some problem with the address but they won't even let me talk to anyone at the local office about it because I don't have a FedEx tracking number (I have the number the shipper provided, which is SpeedPAK international shipping). SpeedPAK can see its status with FedEx and show it to me, but I can't talk to FedEx about it. There isn't even a publicly available number to the local shipping facility, all customer service calls go to central number. FedEx used to be great, now they are horrible.

On multiple occasions, their drivers take false pictures of an attempted delivery or they mark an item that the address was not found. One time they took a picture of dirt and uploaded it saying that a delivery attempt was . That picture could've been taken anywhere, and it certainly was not taken at my property because I don't have dirt at I've had to drive 80 miles round-trip to pick up packages their office. Now again, yesterday, they marked package as delivered, and the picture was not my property. It was medication that was needed the next day and it is nowhere to be found. Once they deliver they don't care there's no way to contact a driver to retrace where they off at. So you're screwed. I can't stress enough how horrible this company is.
