I want to rate less than one star. FedEx sucks. They often mark packages as delivered before they've even sent them out of the local facility. I currently have an order that was shipped internationally for a birthday present for my child. I can see very clearly that it is at a FedEx ship center and that there was some problem with the address but they won't even let me talk to anyone at the local office about it because I don't have a FedEx tracking number (I have the number the shipper provided, which is SpeedPAK international shipping). SpeedPAK can see its status with FedEx and show it to me, but I can't talk to FedEx about it. There isn't even a publicly available number to the local shipping facility, all customer service calls go to central number. FedEx used to be great, now they are horrible. read more

I refuse to use FedEx because of their horrible service. But sometimes an item is being shipped and we don't know it's coming through FedEx until we get a notification. On multiple occasions, their drivers take false pictures of an attempted delivery or they mark an item that the address was not found. One time they took a picture of dirt and uploaded it saying that a delivery attempt was . That picture could've been taken anywhere, and it certainly was not taken at my property because I don't have dirt at I've had to drive 80 miles round-trip to pick up packages their office. Now again, yesterday, they marked package as delivered, and the picture was not my property. It was medication that was needed the next day and it is nowhere to be found. Once they deliver they don't care there's no way to contact a driver to retrace where they off at. So you're screwed. I can't stress enough how horrible this company is. read more

I was expecting a package, and as others have mentioned, the driver just marked the package as attempted delivery, and it will be available for pickup at the shipping center. This was not the first time it had happened. FedEx comes into our gated area every day, so they have access. We were home that whole morning when I received the update email from FedEx. Once arriving at the shipping center, I waited in the lobby for several minutes with no one out front. All I could hear was yelling in the back. I give a 1 star rating because there is no zero. How can a company continue to do business when so many people are unhappy. My delivery was set for 9:10-1:10 it is now 2:20 and no packages. The first message said they had both my packages (coming from the same company). Now the latest update says they have 1 of 2 packages. I hate using FEDEX. I try to change but some companies only use FEDEX. I have had packages dropped at my neighbors and had to find out which neighbor. One time I went and there was a whole stack of packages to different people not living there. I asked her if I could delivery the packages myself and she said sure so I went to different neighbors and dropped their packages off. The way I found the packages was FEDEX called the driver and he told them where he left the packages. Guess it is easier than making al those stops to do one drop. There is something seriously wrong with the company. It is a hassle to order on line and buy something expensive only to worry that it will not arrive. They already have our money. I am calling the company I ordered from to let them know the problems with FEDEX. Hopefully they will change the company they use for deliveries. read more

If I could give 0 stars I would. I have been expecting a package for over a week now. Friday 12/6 was the original delivery date, then rescheduled for Monday 12/9, then Tuesday 12/10 and it is still NOT delivered. The driver attempted to deliver yesterday but states in his notes 'the business was closed' why are you trying to deliver to my apartment complex office in the first place and not my apartment number. Isn't it the delivery drivers job to deliver to your door? Isn't that part of the ease of online shopping / delivery? Well apparently not for this FedEx, waited for a total of 40 minutes on hold today for 2 different customer service representatives to give me the run around saying they don't know what's going on with my package or where it's at. You work as customer service representative, isn't your job to assist a customer when they're having issues? SCHEDULE MY PACKAGE FOR DELIVERY, AND DELIVER IT TO MY DOOR. ITS YOUR JOB! I mentioned to Dennis (the last incompetent customer service representative that I spoke with), that the next time I was in Memphis (FedEx corporate headquarters) that i was going to request to speak with a manager / supervisor of that department and tell them he is not suitable for his job there since he can't do his job in assisting me with my package. This place is poorly managed. Whoever is in charge has no control over the employees and they are just trained to lie and give you no help what so ever. You can bet the house the drivers do not care if a package makes it to its destination. I walked in and there was a lobby full of angry upset customers. I think most people would appreciate honestly but they can't even provide that. They should shut this place down. read more

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I had scheduled a pick up at my residence of 4 packages which items in excess of $2500. I took the day off so they could be picked up. I live in a rural community and have a security gate to my property. I left instructions on the request to contact me so I could open the gate and allow FedEx access. 1:30 pm FedEx calls and states that I wasn't home. I explained that I was there and that I had left instructions to call and was told "we don't do that" I was told that the driver was there at 1:20 pm and he honked. BSBSBS!!!!! My house was open and I would've heard him honk. Asked that he return and was told that they would have to check and call me back. 2:45 pm; no return call so I reached out. Was told that it had now been rescheduled for the next day. What GREAT customer service! I took them and dropped them off myself. And saw the driver not three miles from my house (this is about 1 hr and 45 mins after he was supposedly at my residence. This isn't the first time I have had issues with a lazy FedEx driver. I will not use FedEx again. So disappointed in all employees from the CEO down to the driver. Very POOR POOR POOR customer service. read more

Another person they mark as "tried to deliver" but didn't. I've had a package sitting at their facility since Thursday, and I now won't receive it until Wednesday of the following week. Having a package be in their position, 20 minutes from my home, and them waiting over a week to actually deliver is ridiculous. I'd honestly rather drive My damn self and pick up my own stuff rather than ever use FedEx. We're now on day 4 of my 2Day shipping package being delayed. Why is it delayed? I dont know, and neither does FedEx. Hell half of the time this thing has been in transit, FedEx didn't even know where it was. After speaking to a customer service rep on the phone (tip, just say "Representative!!!" to the robot until it transfers you) it appears my package has been sitting at this facility 14 minutes from my home and hasn't moved in over 24 hours. Got to say this is prob the 3rd or 4th time FedEx has let me down on saying the package should arrive at a certain date and nothing is delivered but this one was the worst one, how are they gonna say the tried to deliver and that no one or the business was closed when ive been waiting for them all day at my house and tel me they tried to deliver when clearly they didnt even show up at all now changing the delivery date to the next day. I usually stop by this location about twice a month to mail off some forms for work. I would say that 3 times out of 5, there is usually someone in the front ready to assist customers. The other 2 out of 5 times, I have to wait a while to get someone's attention because nobody is in the front. It is very annoying to have to stand and wait to be noticed, especially since there is only a narrow window on the door leading to the back which makes it impossible to be seen from the back unless both you and the employee are both standing at the right angle at the right time and they happen to glance in the direction of the narrow window. They need to have a better system because there have been several times that I almost walked out because I didn't have the time to wait around on someone to finally notice me, especially when I'm on my lunch break! read more

If I could give a negative star I would. They would have a -5/5, hell I'd give all the negative numbers I could. All this week I have been dealing with these people who said they delivered my package to my house, on the door step. A doorstep I mind you that is monitored my cameras and we can play back, which we did, no FedEx guy, no box either. So I go through the steps of calling them and filing the claim since I know the people I bought it from can't do anything on Amazon, it's FedEx's fault, not Amazon. Though it's Amazon's fault for trusting a crappy company like FedEx. So the claim is filed and I made my call and I get told their going to fix it and I'll be called back soon. A few days go by, no email and no call, I'm heated. Not only did I pay for something but you then drop it off at someone else's house and can't be bothered to fix your fuck up? Do I have to go on foot and go to every house on my street and knock on peoples door and expect them to be honest with me to tell me if they have my box or not? And that's even believing if FedEx managed to get the street right! They may have delivered it to a whole different street!!! This is RIDICULOUS!!! So I call back and they STILL say it's delivered and they STILL don't know WTF they did with my box. ARE YOU KIDDING ME!? This is firing level kind of shit at any other job. You can't do your job you get fired. But FedEx can't do theirs, oh well. So now once again I am waiting, supposedly, for another phone call after I demanded to talk to managers. An update, apparently FedEx didn't believe me because the driver came to the door today to verify the box wasn't dropped off at the house and as I pull up the security camera footage FedEx, who can't be bothered to give the guy a minute to view it proceeds to tells me over the phone that I'm a liar, with the delivery guy right in front of me. I tell the bitch to tell me what time exactly it was dropped off and I'll show her how much of a fucking liar I am. She says 11:31am, so I bring up the footage to 11:25am-11:40. The guy ask if I could just fast forward and I say, "oh on, I've just been called a liar, we're watching all of this together to prove how much of NOT a liar I am." We stand on my front step for minutes watching and he starts getting nervous. "Man, I got 15 seconds to show up." "Yes you do," I respond. And another minute goes by. "We'll fuck.
