Hands down one of the best courier experiences I've ever had. I called Lucian late on a Thursday night with a crazy request needing a package picked up in Laredo, TX at 6am the next morning and delivered back to Austin ASAP during SXSW. He was so helpful, brainstorming and giving me every option he could think of- driving, flying, Greyhound drop-off, Airport drop-off. He researched flight options and sent me text updates as I was waiting for a decision to come from my team. We ended up with the fastest option (driving) and as promised, a driver was in Laredo at 6am, ready to pick up and drive the 4 hours back to Austin. I received text updates and GPS monitoring so I could follow the package all the way to the arrival. It was even delivered 3 hours ahead of when originally promised! They called me upon delivery to triple check that it should be delivered to the front desk of our team's hotel. I could not have been happier with the experience. They saved our team by helping us make a client's SXSW experience the best it could be. If I ever need anything in the Austin or greater area I know who I will be calling! THANK YOU 512-DELIVER! read more

I had an excellent experience with 512 Deliver and especially Luciano. I called them needing signed documents filed with the Texas Comptroller's office in Austin, and based on that filing, additional documents then needed to be filed with the Secretary of State. They handled the entire process within the same day I called, which was incredibly impressive. Their communication and tracking system really stood out. I wasn't expecting to receive live updates showing exactly where things were in the process and what had already been completed, but it made everything extremely easy to follow. On top of that, Luciano personally called and texted me with updates throughout the day. Anytime there was an issue, question, or something he needed me to confirm, he contacted me immediately so there were no unnecessary delays. The entire process was fast, professional, and incredibly streamlined. If you need documents couriered or filed with state offices in Austin, I highly recommend 512 Deliver. Luciano went above and beyond, and I would absolutely use them again. read more

1 512 Deliver has restored my faith in humanity! Last night after experiencing one of my most stressful days ever, I called 512 Deliver to have a medication picked up at a pharmacy and delivered to a Memory care facility nearby (about 2 miles away) It was beyond urgent that my 91 year old Daddy get this medication last night and not today. As soon as I got on phone, my voice was faltering and tiny sobs were coming. The Gentleman from "512 Deliver" immediately started taking my info for the delivery, he helped me acquire the addresses, sent me "real time updates" (the driver drove from NEW BRAUNFELS to AUSTIN to do this 2 mile delivery) the Gentleman at 512 guided me on exactly what info he needed. As soon as that was done...he said "OK it's taken care of"...I said ty, but I never gave you my CCard...he said "it's on the house"...I protested but he never would allow me to pay and just just told me he hoped my Father would be ok. This man literally restored my faith in humanity with this call. I will NEVER forget his kindness in my whole life! S Hickey read more

I went to the post office to mail a package to an Austin friend who's battling cancer. The lines were out the door so I decided to investigate courier service. I dialed 1-512-DELIVER but no one answered and I declined to leave a message because I needed fast service. The phone rang a few moments later; it was Lucian. I asked what he would charge to get a small package from north central to southwest Austin. The answer was more than I could afford so I thanked him and ended the call. Ten minutes later he called back and asked me what seemed like a reasonable rate. We made a deal for about what "next day" would have cost at the post office, perhaps less, and the package was delivered to my friend a few hours later. As reported elsewhere on Yelp, he kept me apprised of progress as if I were his only customer. Felt like a little old lady being helped across the street. What a bit of holiday cheer -- thanks again, Lucian! read more

I've used a lot of courier services for my company over the years. I can honestly say 512 Deliver is absolutely the best courier service in the Austin area. In the last two months, I've had four extremely urgent deliveries I've needed taken to College Station from Austin, including one I called in at 6:30 pm on a Friday night. Each time, a driver has arrived promptly at the pick up location within about 30 minutes of my request and taken my items directly to College Station. The GPS tracking feature and text message updates are fantastic! I love having the ability to let my team on the receiving end know exactly when the delivery will arrive. Lucian and his staff are all very friendly and courteous. 512 Deliver has a customer for life and are the only ones I trust to handle my courier needs quickly and accurately. read more

Words cannot describe how appreciative I was of Lucian Nastase and his crew. I recently had back surgery and needed a prescription to be picked up at a downtown location. I knew I couldn't drive that far so I googled couriers and found this one to have exceptional ratings. Not only did they pick it immediately but also asked me if I would like for them to drop it off at my pharmacy so I wouldn't have to wait. I cannot tell you what that means when you are in pain. But the most amazing thing is that he offered to go back to the pharmacy to pick it up for me.....free of charge!!! I needed an angel yesterday and HE certainly delivered. Very professional and above all...VERY kind! read more

I needed an emergency copy of a signed Judgment from the Court, which the Court had not sent us. Being in Dallas with the Courthouse in Georgetown, it created quite a problem for us to get the copy of the Judgment in time for the deadline. I called 512-deliver and received very professional assistance with my request. The couriers went directly to the Courthouse and returned with a copy of the signed Judgment which was then scanned and sent to me within 1 hour! I would highly recommend 512-Deliver! Amazing. I'm a lawyer and needed papers picked up at a client's residence in south Austin, then a stop by the 512-DELIVER courier at a retirement home to locate and collect an additional signature from a resident, and then a trip from south Austin to another lawyer's office in Round Rock-- all in late afternoon Austin traffic. Not only did 512-Deliver get the job done right and as requested, I received text message notifications at each and every stage of the process. I would definitely recommend 512-DELIVER. Not only was the service as promised, the customer service could not have been more courteous and professional. Well done! read more

Lucian was so helpful to us. We needed to transport a trailer for BACKPACKER Magazine from Austin to Fayetteville AR very quickly for our road Tour. It was a stressful situation and the trailer had many important and valuable items. Lucian made me feel immediately at ease, and even used humor to help calm the situation. His communication was consistent, his pricing was fair and I trusted him the whole time. He even went early to check in to be sure all was well before transporting the trailer, then kept us fully informed and even sent photos and a GPS tracker of the trip. I could not recommend him more highly! read more

CHOOSE LUCIANO & 512 DELIVER, he's the best. I'm both paranoid and annoying, which makes me very picky about my vendors -- Luciano gets it. We're located out of Boston and needed a courier to receive conference materials in Austin to further deliver them during the conference's very specific timeframe. 512 was diligent and fairly priced. Luciano sent me constant updates with photos and always answered my texts quickly. When delivering the materials, he sent me photos at every step and even geotagged them with google maps to ensure extra perfect delivery. I'd give Luciano a million stars if I could. read more

512-Deliver amazed me with their service. I had a complex delivery request that they were able to complete in less time than I expected. I live out of town and needed a single document signed by multiple hard-to-get people in Austin. 512-Deliver was able to track down all five persons, gather the signatures in the proper order, and then deliver the document to its final destination at The University. The price for the service was much lower than I expected, and they kept me apprised with frequent updates of their progress. If you need something delivered, I highly recommend 512-Deliver! read more

512 Deliver is an amazing service! They sent me a real time GPS tracking link of my delivery to my phone, which I forwarded the link to the receiver of my shipment. We could both see the actual arrival time and continuous location of my one-of-a-kind custom gown! Lucian, the delivery man, could not have been nicer and excited to deliver my special shipment, he took photos of the items before and at delivery-and he saved me 4 hours of drive time on my end which allowed me more time to spend with my family. Thank you Lucian and thank you 512 Deliver for your service-INCREDIBLE!!!! read more

I called to get a quote for transporting some furniture I purchased from a private owner that lived about 50 miles away. The cost was going to be about as much as the furniture cost. The kind gentlemen I spoke with proceeded to give me other alternatives/ideas/tips when I told him it would be more than I would want to pay. He could have just let me go at that but he proceeded to try and and help me solve my problem. I truly appreciate a company who puts the (Potential) customer's best interests first! read more

Yesterday our company had a pallet that needed to be at a trade show that was left on the shipping dock of a freight company outside Austin. I contacted 512-Deliver and they were able to go pickup the pallet and get it delivered downtown in a matter of 2 hours! I would certainly recommend 512-Deliver to anyone needing to ship in the Austin area. Goes above and beyond the norm with their service and text updates and definitely helped our company out when we were in a bind and needed a last minute shipper. read more

Outstanding service! Lucian went above and beyond. I needed last minute courier service (pick-up and drop-off) in Austin and Lucian was responsive and professional from the minute I called to inquire. He kept me posted throughout the service, which I appreciated since I do not live in Austin. They know what they are doing and go the extra mile, in a friendly way. Not only was the service expert and fast, but price is fair too. I highly recommend 512-DELIVER. Thank you Lucian! read more

Never used a courier service before. Worked exclusively with John. This was paperwork that had to go to the Secretary of State. We had tried doing this ourselves twice previously and weren't successful. John received it at 11:47 and returned the approval to us at 1:15. Fantastic guy! Fantastic service. I had a large rug that I needed to return to vendor. It was packaged and I had a return shipping label. I need the rug delivered to UPS. I called Lucian late one day, made an appointment for 2:00 the next day . He arrived at exactly 2:00. I gave him a self addressed envelope to mail me the shipping and tracking receipt from UPS. He texted me a copy of the receipt, and personally hand delivered the hard copy to my house. It doesn't get much better than this. read more
