Been trying to get in contact with HR and keep giving me run around was working with company sent me on a route that time kept going up asked for help repeatedly and no one helped but they fired me read more

I did not use this company although I had planned to. Asked for a quote on a Wednesday. Received by Thursday. Indicated wanting to use them by Saturday. Monday was a holiday. Tuesday, was told they were checking on something. Wednesday, was told I'd get a call that afternoon. Never happened. Thursday, I found someone else. They may be fine to work with but I was already having doubts from the questions I was asked and then the lack of confirmation was a huge red flag. Called a similar service and had it confirmed and paid for within 24 hours. HUGE difference. read more

I have never used this company for shipping service and never will. I was rear ended by one of the drivers in the company Van at a Stop sign. The driver provided incorrect insurance information then later referred me to his manager Victor Richard. Since then, several attempts made by me Liberty Mutual, and Progressive Insurance agents to get the insurance information have been unsuccessful. I also informed them that my only means of Income at the moment is via driving for Lyft and Uber and I would appreciate it if they can furnish the Information quicker, however, this company does not seem to care how they treat people in general, kindly consider my experience before giving Dropoff Inc any business. Thank You. read more

I got a lazy boy chair delivered...all great. Fast, polite, and informative. Recommend these guys.

Called several times to get assistance I was hung up on the 1st time. The second time I was on hold for 15 minutes before I hung up.

Start up company promises last mile, last minute delivery. Unfortunately, this company promises unreal expectations to customers and complete tasks on point. As a previous driver for this company, have been sexually harassed, put into danger by prompt delivery that are impossible to achieve within the given time frame as well stolen my pay. Poor quality ownership and management. Please given what I know choose wisely using this company as there are many other, better choices on the market. read more

Using the Dropoff app to schedule a delivery was super easy. I received text alerts when the pick up was completed and when the drop off was completed. I could even see the signature of the recipient in the Dropoff system to ensure it arrived to the person I intended. Thanks for making it so easy to take care of an urgent delivery while I was out of the office! read more

Love using DropOff for quick courier service within Austin. Any time I've had an issue, I've been able to contact their customer support and have my issue resolved quickly. They've also called me during peak hours to ask if they could delay service so their drivers wouldn't be terribly rushed. I appreciate the open communication and that they care about their drivers. read more

Dropoff has been the most reliable, timely, and courteous courier service we have had the fortune of using for our company. They are professional, friendly, and are always thorough and efficient in their service. In comparison to many of the previous courier services we have used in Austin, Dropoff exceeds our expectations in reliability. Needless to say, they are awesome. This is not your typical "delivery service". These are professional drivers who want to make sure your business is properly represented. read more

We have been using Dropoff for our printing business for a couple of years. They are always very professional and on time. Night and day difference from the other couriers I have used before. read more

You may want to tell your employees (particularly the one driving the new black CRV) that it's unwise to drive like a jerk when your business logo is prominently displayed on their vehicle. read more

this company is a joke. they are the most unprofessional business i have ever encountered. i spoke with Michael SoandSo at the Oltorf office and he literally told me he wasn't listening to anything I had to say. I was a driver for this company with only 1 1/2 hours of training and was fired for making mistakes. Not only did i go into the hospital for a perforated esophagus, i had to undergo manyj tests and an endoscopy and was fired due to me falling ill. When i spoke to Michael today he was arrogant and unprofessional. I was calling to explain my situation when he told me he wasn't listening to a word i had to say. He did tell me that all i did was make mistakes and was taken off multiple accounts which is false. He deliberately made up issues and was talking to me as if I were nothing. When delivering for them they had horrible communication and no gate codes. Customers are not willing to trust Drop Off because of their unethical behavior and the drivers pay for it!!! If fyou have a package do not use their service!!! They will over charge you and file a wait time after you already communicated that you don't feel comfortable leaving a gate code. Also, I know for a fact that their driver is stoned all the time and she does medical pick ups. She is their favorite employee. Well, if that's what Drop Off is all about then why would i want to work there. Horrible, horrible, mean, read more

They send an email when they are on their way with a time stamp and who your delivery person is. Great and friendly staff. Happy to have had them. read more

Dropoff has been invaluable to our business. We've been using this service in Austin for a few years to deliver products to and from clients and vendors in town and sometimes to surrounding cities. It's super easy to use and the staff is highly communicative when any issue arises. We've trusted Dropoff to get our goods delivered on time, every time. Fair priced. Highly recommend. Also, it's awesome to be able to track the progress of any delivery online. read more

Dropoff is always there when we need them and always right on time. Placing an order is super easy too and I love that I can track my delivery. read more

We use Dropoff for a number of our smaller lunch deliveries. The drivers are extremely nice and always courteous which is very important to us. Also, each driver wears a uniform and are very professional. Since most of our deliveries are either coming from the oven or out of the refrigerator, it really helps that each driver has an insulated bag for deliveries! I would recommend Dropoff to anyone in need of a professional and trusted delivery service. read more

Not impressed....Only half the order was dropped off. When I contacted the driver, he said he did not know why...bad experience.

We hired Dropoff to assist with the logistics of assembling and delivering 100 gift bags around Austin during SXSW. Rachel was very professional and easy to work with. I absolutely recommend hiring them! read more

Mitch was on time, super professional, and overall awesome!

I used Dropoff for the first time today and I must tell you that I am very impressed!! Their rates were at least 50% lower than other companies (that's a lot!). I placed an order and didn't think about it again. We had to have a client's notebook picked up from another attorney's office and delivered to the mediation center in Houston in time for mediation on Monday. It was handled professionally, efficiently and cost effectively! I highly recommend Dropoff to anyone in need. If I could leave more than 5 stars, I would, because they sure deserve it. Kudos! read more

We use them for delivering goods to our customers in and around the Austin area. I can't tell you how wonderful the service is compared to a traditional courier service. The ability to schedule via the web, know what the price is going to be, and see exactly when things have been picked up and delivered is so powerful - yet simple. I would highly recommend other businesses look at using Dropoff moving forward. read more

It's been a little over a year since I've been using Dropoff. Since my last review I have transferred locations. Still with the same company just at a different place. I was able to set up our partnership with Dropoff with my new location and they have been a God send. Truly! Because of them we have been able to take more orders and grow our business almost exponentially. Since I first started working with Dropoff there had been some changes in the office. David is now their Sales guy and he has been nothing but wonderful. He periodically checks in with us and even stops by for a visit. Ben is the area manager for Austin and has been very responsive also. The drivers that we have encountered have been professional and friendly. One driver that needs a shout out is Chip! He's been a life saver. He's taken last minute runs for us and he's had the misfortune of dealing with a very difficult client that I had. I love that we are able to track the drivers online in real time. This is huge and puts our mind at ease when we are able to track them to ensure our deliveries make it on time. Plus we get multiple email confirmations when our order has been accepted/assigned to a driver, when they pick it up and when it arrives. My interactions with the Dispatch team have been great also. When we get a call from Carlos we know that something is up. Usually it's because we've scheduled a TON of orders and he's checking in to see if we can piggy back runs. He's always so upbeat when I talk to him on the phone. When we I email the dispatch alias they always respond promptly. I couldn't' have asked for a better partnership with Dropoff. If you ever have any courier needs definitely reach out to these guys. They're professional, reliable and great to work with. Two thumbs for sure! read more

Needed something delivered by EOB one day and after making the order after 4pm with dropoff they got it done, amazing service and great people read more

I've used lots of courier services over the years and Dropoff is by far my favorite. The drivers are neat, courteous, in uniform and friendly. They get my packages [big or small] where they need to go in a super speedy fashion. I love the web functionality - you can literally see on a map exactly where your package is at any moment! Also, the mobile version of their website works great and makes scheduling a breeze even when I'm not at my desk. The office team is great, I've had to call to make changes to my deliveries and they handled them immediately and exactly how I needed. I can't imagine using anyone else again! read more

Dropoff has given Spredfast outstanding service from the moment we begun using them. They are fast and truly reliable. I can trust that my item(s) are in good hands. They have even been a "life-saver" and picked-up/delivered a few hundred breakfast tacos from a restaurant and delivered them out to us remotely, when we were volunteering as a company off-site in Manor, Tx (when the restaurant could not deliver after all). Now that's amazing service! You will not be disappointed :-) read more

I am building a new construction in the area and to save time and money I called on Drop off and I am so happy with this service. It is amazing! The staff is extremely helpful, polite and professional. I have enjoyed working Johnathan Looney in marketing who is very professional, knowledgeable and helpful. Gabby picked up tile and other materials for my project and was nice to work with polite, professional and very helpful. This is a great time saving service and I would highly recommend Drop-off to anyone in the area! Thank you read more

Always a great experience, super professional and the website is so easy to use when I am booking my pick up or delivery. Last Christmas I never had to step foot in a store, Dropoff picked up all of my wrapped holiday gifts and delivered them to me the same day I needed them. This company is a life saver for a busy person! I also use them for delivering all of my floral arrangements to my clients around Austin - they save me money and time. read more
