Nicole responded to my last minute request, was on her way and had my food delivery at my meeting in a local hotel in under 1 hour! We originally requested Quick Move ATX to move a sectional from a furniture store to the second story of our house. We spoke to Pete. Communication was great, prices were fair and transparent, they were punctual. Now the impressive part... upon arrival we all realized the 10ft couch was impossible to get up the stairs given the odd angles of our house. Pete and Jay determined the couch would need to be hoisted over the balcony. They came back the next day with equipment to lift the couch to the balcony and successfully got it into the living room. This was a challenging task and took great critical thinking to accomplish. They both had great attitudes, great communication, and are great problem solvers. They managed to remain polite and professional in a what could have been a frustrating situation. We are grateful for the service they provided and would recommend them anyday! read more

Pete (owner) picked up and delivered two outdoor swivel chairs from San Marcus RH Outlet to home in Austin . He also came back two days later to assemble an outdoor teak blue stone top CB2 coffee table. He was prompt in responding to my request, and answered my calls or texts immediately. He was meticulous, professional and careful with both the move and assembly of high quality furniture, especially with managing the fragile blue stone top. He did a beautiful job and a very nice guy too!. He has many years of experience with corporate and residential moves . I highly recommend Pete/Quick Move ATX to anyone considering moving and/or assembling furniture. The manager at RH Outlet said Pete is usually helping customers deliver furniture from their store every week! The cost to move chairs was $215 which was a bit steep since I also had to pay the store to ship the special preferred cushions separately , but I decided it was worth not to drive back to San Marcus with a pick up truck. Pete and his crew were awesome. Coordinated a single item pick up the day before and added an item on the fly. Pete was so accommodating. These guys are my "go to" for any local moving/delivery I need done. I learned of them when shopping at the San Marcos outlets - they are highly recommended by both Restoration Hardware and Pottery Barn outlet. I've used them about half a dozen times so far to deliver/move furniture from various locations in and around ATX. Pete runs a tight ship and whether he has Chris or Conan or another team member, they will get the job done at a fair price. They have not damaged any of my furniture or my home and have navigated some pretty tricky environments. Generally they wrap everything carefully to ensure no damage. Also, other than a few huffs and puffs I never hear any real complaints or attitude. Great customer service is so refreshing these days and rare! read more

Delivery Prices are impractical and very expensive. Used this moving service several times for a flat rate of $199 to pick up furniture purchases from San Marcos Outlet mall for delivery 15 miles to Kyle/S. Austin. Service was usually professional and on time. Last delivery was two fairly large dining tables. delivered on the first floor of my home! Since we were not home at the time of delivery, we asked that the payment be made online. This delivery company billed $725 for TWO items!!! Outrageous and which was outside of the usual prices for similar delivery. We contacted Pete the owner who never returned our call.. I text Ed him asking why we were being billed each item individually ! No reply over 7 days. We eventually paid the nuisance fee ( the bill) to get him out of our lives. We will NEVER hire them again because of their poor integrity and poor customer service. I will hire another company to pick up my short-distance deliveries. read more

Don't use these guys. Bought a desk from restoration hardware in San Marcos and these guys are the third party delivery company. They wanted $215 to deliver a desk from San Marcos To New Braunfels. Extremely high in my opinion for such an easy delivery however after "Pete" agreed to move a piece of furniture from upstairs to downstairs I agreed to this high price. After I purchased the desk and called back to confirm delivery Pete tried charge me an extra $20 to move the extra piece of furniture. When I refused to pay based on the previously agreed to price he backed down. Pete guaranteed delivery for a time between 11 and 11:45 the next day. By 12:15 I had not yet received a phone call nor had they arrived to my house with the furniture. When I called Pete gave excuses about how they got tied up. They had not even gone to the store to pick up my desk yet and were still in North Austin. I cancelled the delivery and found an alternate solution. Worst customer service experience I've had in years. Use someone else. read more
