Four bedroom three bath home but only one person living in it so there had to be some concessions made, and the pricing could not just reflect the square footage Michael was in charge of our move as we ended up choosing them to complete the task. They were not the cheapest nor were the most expensive.. they arrived promptly at 8:30 as promised with three gentlemen to do the move. All supplies were included we had several delicate items, including some very large screen TVs, some large decorator mirrors. And then abundance of other items, more traditional, like your refrigerator, freezer and washer and dryer. They were very nice and very easy to work with. They were very respectful. We had somewhat of a situation going on and they worked through it with us. They worked consistently for about 5 1/2 hours which included a flat fee service charge and then an hourly rate for three men After they loaded everything that needed to go to climate controlled storage, they also loaded a flatbed trailer to go to personal storage and then drove the moving truck to the storage units we had chosen in Cedar Park. I thought they did an amazing job and I would hire them again in a heartbeat!! When I went to talk to the storage people and obtain the key and lock, they commented on how nice the moving men that came were and how hard they worked to get everything in that 10 x 10 storage space. It barely fit I'm not sure how they did it, but I was so relieved . I'm so sorry. I don't remember all three gentlemen's names, but they were all fantastic. They worked well together, combining teams to do the wrapping and padding of delicate items. They also were very kind and waited for me to clean out and clean up the refrigerator before they moved it. Thanks so much, In N out Movers !!!! Dustin contacted us promptly after we requested a bid to remove two recliners from our home…read more He advised that he had room in a trailer that he was going to be taking to the dump for the two recliners and gave me a quote to pick them up and haul them off to the dump with the rest of the items he was taking. I felt it was a fair quote. It was in between the highest and the lowest quote. We agreed to pay $150 for coming and taking them out of our home and to the dump. Dustin arrived exactly on time. (0930) unfortunately he had to park in the street because our ancient Durango would not start so I couldn't move it or he could've pulled up a little closer into the driveway. Just so you're aware, he did not mention this. I just was thinking that when I realized I couldn't move the Durango that morning. At any rate, he came to the door and knocked. After introducing himself, I let him in to take a look at the recliners which I had moved up into the front of our home. He immediately took out the first one and got it, settled within his trailer and came back for the second one. He was very professional and extremely nice.
