UPS managed to lose a package and I was trying to file a claim. I was missing two pieces of information, so I called this store on Tuesday (which is where I sent it from) for help. I spoke with Alysse who spent a great deal of time trying to resolve the problem, to no avail. I stopped by today after trying to deal with the UPS "Customer Service Reps" on the other side of the globe. I was fortunate to speak with Alysse again (and she remembered me). She again spent a good amount of time and, in the end, was able to provide the information I needed. She was extremely nice and professional. Folks like her leave customers much happier after interacting with her. Whoever owns this store should do everything they can to keep her onboard...a nice raise would be appropriate in MHO. But people who just want to drop off already labeled and ready to go should not have to wait in their ridiculous lines! I would say you're not doing your Customers good service!
