Tech was unable to cancel the original submission and was told by tech support that the fingerprints needed to be sent again and cannot be cancelled. I was charged extra for the extra submission due to the technician's mistake. After charging me I asked for a printed receipt (which did not show any breakdown of charges). I asked tech to go over the charges and found out I was "manually" charged an additional $10 over on top of the additional charge. The $10 was refunded and corrected. However, the 1 star review is for making a customer pay extra for a 2nd submission because of a mistake made by the business/tech. This is poor business practice.

Top-tier service! I will absolutely, 100% recommend anyone and everyone to this establishment…read more Notary and fingerprinting that's fast, safe and done with such care and knowledge! I can't tell you how pleased I was with their service! It's always a drag to get fingerprinting done for jobs (not my first time having to do so) and when I say that they made this experience so easy and delightful, I mean it to the fullest. My appointment was for 11:30am and I went by when they opened at 10am and asked if they could take me early and they didn't hesitate! My ID gave them trouble with scanning, my fingerprints were reading error messages and my authorization code for payment wasn't working after a few tries. Through all the chaos, I never felt rushed or a burden! When taking my picture, the daughter, (I cannot believe I forgot her name. Ugh I feel horrible! btw: it's a family owned business by mother & daughter) well she tells me "look at the camera and I need you to look like you don't want to be here" and it made me smile more! lol it was so hard because I definitely wanted to be there!!! I'm a firm believer when it comes to reading reviews for places I plan on going to but I'm never the one to leave one. so...doing this long story like of a review was needed. this place deserves the recognition!!
