We were stressed, but when we called, she said she was available that very morning for a walk-in, no appointment needed. Hallelujah! We drove down and entered her shop (it's Suite C, so you'll need to go in the doors in the center of the building and then make a quick right: just follow the signs for "Notary Public"), which doubles as a place to get eyeglass frames. Celine was inside vacuuming and making the place tidy on a Monday morning, and greeted us warmly, leading us to her office.
