**Consistently Excellent Service**…read more I visit the UPS Store on Kyle Parkway at least twice a month, and I can't say enough good things about the people who work there. Over time, they've carefully packaged items for me and handled scores of complicated printing jobs, always with professionalism, patience, and attention to detail. What I appreciate most is that I can consistently count on being treated with kindness and respect. No matter what I need, the staff are helpful, courteous, and genuinely interested in finding a solution. Recently, when their Amazon return shipping system was temporarily unavailable, I simply asked for directions to another UPS Store that could handle my return. They cheerfully helped me find one. Technology sometimes fails, but good customer service is about how people respond when it does. I've had nothing but excellent experiences at this location, and I'm grateful to have such a dependable business in our community. They have absolutely earned my five-star rating.

She came out to our home (my Mom was fully cognitive but not able to walk anymore so she had come to live with me). My Mom needed also another witness for the document. Lisa even helped her with an additional witness for the notarization she needed. My Mom ask her specific questions as to confirm specific elements of what she was signing. My Mom clearly told her and the other witness as to her legal desires and preferences on several issues as they went throughout the document pages my Mom was either signing or initialing. Lisa listened intently and said she would remember my Mom's words. I remember how kind and patient she was with my Mom signing slowly and methodically and how she leaned in to speak to her clearly so she could hear better. She listened to my Mom intently. Lisa's Notary Service is a "first class" professional service and still is today. Valanna

She couldn't meet until the weekend because she has a full-time job and not available last minute, so we made a Saturday appointment and waited a week. I confirmed the appointment via email and provided all the information she needed (address, phone numbers, etc.). My 83-year-old Dad got there on time and waited an hour and half for her to show and she was a total no-show. No call, text, email....nothing. I followed up to see what happened and she emailed me pretty quickly to say just she had a family emergency. Funny how she had time to email me when I reached out to her but not to let my parents know that she would not be showing up as promised to notarize their document....or even to apologize for missing the appointment. We were stressed, but when we called, she said she was available that very morning for a walk-in, no appointment needed. Hallelujah! We drove down and entered her shop (it's Suite C, so you'll need to go in the doors in the center of the building and then make a quick right: just follow the signs for "Notary Public"), which doubles as a place to get eyeglass frames. Celine was inside vacuuming and making the place tidy on a Monday morning, and greeted us warmly, leading us to her office. She was pleasant, courteous, and exercised great attention to detail regarding our document to make sure everything was done 100% right and to our satisfaction. The price point was also reasonable. Couldn't've asked for a better experience! We're really glad we supported an independent, woman-owned business rather than giving stuffy UPS our money. I encourage you to do the same! Thank you so much, Celine!
