She couldn't meet until the weekend because she has a full-time job and not available last minute, so we made a Saturday appointment and waited a week. I confirmed the appointment via email and provided all the information she needed (address, phone numbers, etc.). My 83-year-old Dad got there on time and waited an hour and half for her to show and she was a total no-show. No call, text, email....nothing. I followed up to see what happened and she emailed me pretty quickly to say just she had a family emergency. Funny how she had time to email me when I reached out to her but not to let my parents know that she would not be showing up as promised to notarize their document....or even to apologize for missing the appointment. She is not dependable or reliable -- do not use.

We were stressed, but when we called, she said she was available that very morning for a walk-in, no appointment needed. Hallelujah! We drove down and entered her shop (it's Suite C, so you'll need to go in the doors in the center of the building and then make a quick right: just follow the signs for "Notary Public"), which doubles as a place to get eyeglass frames. Celine was inside vacuuming and making the place tidy on a Monday morning, and greeted us warmly, leading us to her office. She was pleasant, courteous, and exercised great attention to detail regarding our document to make sure everything was done 100% right and to our satisfaction. The price point was also reasonable.
