Called to ask about a notary. Was put on a brief hold, 16minutes later, the associate ask me what did I need, not a sorry for holding. I ask was told only available on weekdays. then hung up on me. Horrible customer service, i can help with this issue, fire the owners and hire a customer service driven owner. Simple not hard! read more

On their website and on the phone when you call them, they state they can notarize items for you. I drove up here to get two items notarized to renew my concealed weapons permit. They took one look at the form and told me it is against UPS policy to notarize such items. I did not realize that they would have an opinion on what should be notarized and what should not. Yet UPS is now against your right to have and bear arms? Now I must go somewhere else to get this item notarized. If I could give them negative stars, I would give them a -5. I will never be back to this business again. I have called, twice at the number listed in the response below, but have not been able to get in touch with anyone??? read more

I don't like UPS. But sometimes you need a particular service so they're a necessary evil, right? So we needed a document notarized and reserved an appointment for Monday morning (Monday morning is the only time during regular business hours that both of us can do without taking time off work.) So we got there promptly and the employee flips through our document and declares the "affidavit is wrong." We attempt to clarify but she literally cuts us off mid-sentence and refers us to a mobile notary instead with a business card. We'd already tried doing a remote notary online last week and the computer system kept having errors. So now we are delayed ANOTHER week, thanks to UPS being wasting our time. Useless! She wasn't even apologetic or helpful. As if we were wasting HER time apparently!! read more

After further review of other reviews it seems the person I interacted with was in fact the rude, unhelpful, unfriendly, female manager that others had bad experiences interacting with in all the one star reviews. She had no desire to help a customer and based on her lack of customer satisfaction skills I am sure I am not the only one avoiding this location. We were traveling for Christmas to California. My house sitter dropped off my daughter's fits to ship them to my mom's. They never arrived. I called and left 2 messages and my house sitter went back and checked and filed a claim. The item was never scanned into the system so all the presents in the box were gone. They never returned my calls. We had to have someone physically go in so that we could have human contact and there's nothing they could do. That was December. They gave us money back when I produced the receipt for what was shipped but we failed to purchase insurance so $100 was the max. So we lost money on it and my 16 year old daughter got nothing for Christmas. But that's not the worst... My 16 year old daughter bought 4 dresses on Amazon in different colors and sizes. She needed to return 3 of them. She took them to the UPS store with the return code and dropped them off. There is no indication on Amazon that the items have been scanned in for return. They seem to have "lost" those as well! Apparently they're so disorganized. Do not trust them with your stuff ever! Find somewhere else! This store shouldn't be in business. And if you do use them and get screwed over like we have, call corporate and report it. read more

The kids that work here are great but the owner or manager is (are awful) first one was standing in front of of me talking with a large hunk of candy in her mouth (gross) do itin the back. Also, they need to take their notary class again. They are not notarizing the whole form only my signature. They turned me down because it wasn't a form they can sign. This is my go to place for Amazon returns. Amazon offers them as a free drop off location. This location can be a little busy, but the staff is consistently friendly and it's a really easy drop and go process. The last time I went, I didn't have my items bagged properly and the gentleman was so helpful in getting them bagged in the appropriate bags quickly. read more

Awful customer service. The manager was so rude people in line felt the need to speak up. They lost my labeled package. I've spoken to the claims department twice and they said only the store would be able to assist. The store said there was nothing they could do. It seems like this is a very common issue with this location. They are throwing away packages. This was a return so I should be compensated the amount. read more

My name is Brenda Haas Villalta. I use UPS a lot. But after this last event, I'm never going to use them again. They sent out five separate returns that I gave them to Amazon on the 18th of this month. . Amazon has only received one. Today is now the 24th and I drop these packages off on the 18th they never even got, scanned emails letting me know that they were in progress because they never got them. It's over $50 in merchandise that I have lost. The person was not helpful. He did not know how to de-escalate. He is not a problem solver he didn't even try to solve the problem. He just kept saying it's Amazon's fault. Guard your packages with your life and don't go to this UPS and Kyle on 1626. The day I went there they had so many packages in a pile behind them the employees could hardly walk. They said it was because they ran out of boxes. It was obscene. I purchased a UPS shipping label to send a aerosol Perfume gift. UPS considers this a hazardous material and I purchased the label under that category. Went to the Kyle store and was told they could not accept it. They referred me to a Austin UPS store. The closest one is 10 miles away. Upon arrival, they happily accepted the package and did not understand what Kyle UPS did. Horrible service which cost me significant time. Very poor and incoherent business practices. read more

i sent a international package. was told they could do it no problem. i paid a lot of money. they jacked it up. and three weeks of stress and tears, it finally made it but the label wasn't clear. they charged a ridiculous amount for something they shouldn't have done and then completely blew me off when i was trying to find my package it took 3 days for them to tell me it was sent to the post office and then shipped. i paid to have it delivered quicker than standard. i was told 3-5 days. it was 3 weeks. and again. zero care or apology. no offer to refund some of the money. it was 6 times what the post office would've charged for them to send it anyways. i tried to go to corporate just to reimburse the difference and got nowhere. the owner of this store blew it off and didn't care. it's shitty customer service. and i was using them for my personal and work stuff but not anymore. read more
