After reading several reviews mentioning inconsistent notary availability and customer service, I was honestly a little apprehensive about stopping by--especially during the morning rush. I only needed a simple document notarized, but I was bracing myself to be told "no." Instead, I walked in to a completely different experience. The door was wide open, there were no other customers, and two employees were already at work. One wiping down the Amazon returns station and the other behind the register. Both immediately welcomed me in, loudly and cheerfully, with big smiles. Expecting resistance, I quietly asked, "Does there happen to be a notary here this morning?" To my surprise (and relief), they both enthusiastically replied, "YES!" I was told to have a seat at a table and that someone would be right over. Literally two seconds later, Keisha came over, introduced herself, and took care of everything. She clearly explained the process, asked for my ID, walked me through the cost upfront, and made the whole thing incredibly easy. We even had great conversation--which says a lot considering how much of a morning zombie I usually am. Afterward, I paid, was thanked for my business, and was genuinely wished a great day. It didn't feel scripted or forced--it felt sincere. I walked in expecting a 4/10 experience at best. I walked out giving it a solid 10/10. This is how customer service should be done. I'll absolutely be back.

It's perfect for introverts who have a business account or for those who just need to handle quick returns. For those less seasoned or need more complicated services, there are two staff members on standby. For those using the self-service stands, I beg you, please only use if you have an ounce of competence or have used this service before. While you can drop off pre-packed items with pre made shipping labels, I highly recommend scanning them at the self-service stand and sending a receipt to your phone or email for a record.

    I am here sometimes multiple times per week getting things printed for work. I have gotten…read morepostcards, poster boards, copies, small signs, business cards, and more printed. They are almost always ready same day! I place a quick order online and they call me when it's ready. The employees are friendly and very patient. I feel bad for all the crazy shipping things they deal with, but I am always just there for a quick prepaid order pick up. This parking lot is a disaster. You can't really turn left to get out because of oncoming traffic, so I always turn right and loop around in Walmart's parking lot. There used to be a tree right in front with hundreds of birds in it and bird poop everywhere. They cut the tree down and cleaned it up, and now it looks way better. Avoid FedEx for anything time-sensitive or important. Shipped critical H-1B visa response via First Overnight with guaranteed morning delivery. Paid $90.11. FedEx failed to deliver and falsely marked "Business closed - No delivery attempt" at the USCIS Texas Service Center in Irving, TX - a federal government facility open Monday-Friday 8am-4pm. The driver either never showed up or fabricated the delivery status. This was not an obscure address. This is a well-known federal immigration office that receives thousands of packages daily. On previous different cases, drivers refused to deliver to certain apartment complexes due to third-party service conflicts. RESULT: Missed hard federal deadline. Immigration case jeopardized. Thousands in legal fees wasted. My legal status in the United States now uncertain. My startup with 150,000+ users at risk. I shipped December 20 at 11:54 AM for guaranteed December 22 delivery. FedEx marked failure on December 23 at 7:56 AM claiming "business closed" - when the building was open. CUSTOMER SERVICE: Useless. Representatives disconnected calls mid-conversation. No accountability. No solutions. No escalation path. Just excuses. FedEx takes your money for "guaranteed" services then refuses to honor commitments when they fail. Their Money-Back Guarantee is a lie. For legal documents, immigration filings, medical supplies, contracts - DO NOT use FedEx. Their guaranteed services are meaningless.
