I want to give a huge shoutout to my local UPS Store for an unexpectedly excellent experience this morning. After reading several reviews mentioning inconsistent notary availability and customer service, I was honestly a little apprehensive about stopping by--especially during the morning rush. I only needed a simple document notarized, but I was bracing myself to be told "no." Instead, I walked in to a completely different experience. The door was wide open, there were no other customers, and two employees were already at work. One wiping down the Amazon returns station and the other behind the register. Both immediately welcomed me in, loudly and cheerfully, with big smiles. Expecting resistance, I quietly asked, "Does there happen to be a notary here this morning?" To my surprise (and relief), they both enthusiastically replied, "YES!" I was told to have a seat at a table and that someone would be right over. Literally two seconds later, Keisha came over, introduced herself, and took care of everything. She clearly explained the process, asked for my ID, walked me through the cost upfront, and made the whole thing incredibly easy. We even had great conversation--which says a lot considering how much of a morning zombie I usually am. Afterward, I paid, was thanked for my business, and was genuinely wished a great day. It didn't feel scripted or forced--it felt sincere. I walked in expecting a 4/10 experience at best. I walked out giving it a solid 10/10. This is how customer service should be done. I'm obsessed with the self service this UPS store has to offer. I ONLY visit this location because of it! It's perfect for introverts who have a business account or for those who just need to handle quick returns. For those less seasoned or need more complicated services, there are two staff members on standby. For those using the self-service stands, I beg you, please only use if you have an ounce of competence or have used this service before. While you can drop off pre-packed items with pre made shipping labels, I highly recommend scanning them at the self-service stand and sending a receipt to your phone or email for a record. read more

I'm a regular at this location for all of my package needs, especially my Amazon returns. If you're just like me and those people who don't enjoy doing self-checkouts because they'll either make it more complicated than it really needs to be or end up needing help. There was a lady at the front who was available to help me do my Amazon returns instead of me using the self-return kiosk. She refused to help me and continued to insist me use the self-return kisok, even though there were NO other customers waiting. (Note this: Both of the Amazon self-return kiosks were FULL over the top with other returns.) I found this lady's customer service to be lousy. I didn't catch her name as she was also not using a nametag. Thankfully, Ilijah jumped to the rescue halfway through my self-return kisok attempt and offered to scan my returns for me. A round of applause for him. My point... the customer service could improve on serving customers based on their needs/preferences if they are able to! Don't come to this location for help unless you're a self-return expert! read more

Doing Amazon returns here is hell on earth. I drive to the UPS across town now rather than deal with the "customer service" at this spot, which consists of telling us they can't help us with Amazon returns and we have to do it ourselves. Actually I have a package I need to return right now and I'm throwing it in the trash or donating it instead of getting a return just so I don't have to deal with THIS store or drive across town. It's just not worth the stress of dealing with this "customer service." read more

Beware, they do not have notary during business hours! I went before 6pm and they close at 7pm and they said "our notary isn't here, go to a different UPS store or come back at 8am". This is after battling rush hour traffic during the Thanksgiving window read more

Old School Customer Service Still Exists I've visited this UPS Store countless times--for notarizing documents, shipping packages, and, most often, returning Amazon purchases. Each time, the staff goes above and beyond to assist customers. As someone with disabilities, I've noticed that I don't move and function as effortlessly as I once did. I've become that person who needs a little extra help. Thankfully, the team here always steps up with kindness, patience, and a genuinely positive attitude. Their unwavering support makes all the difference. Returning items is rarely enjoyable, but this store is one I'm always happy to return to--again and again. read more

Stolen Package Police Report Being Filed| I rerouted a package to this location and when I attempted to pick up I was told by the manager Jessica that my package was not there. The tracking showed delivered to this location. UPS corporate informed me the packed was signed and received by the store manager Jessica. This location has been ZERO help and Jessica even laughed when she saw how distressed I was about my package. AWFUL read more

No customer service, go to the Amazon return kiosk to do everything, the workers don't want to work, there are only 2 return kiosks so there is always also a line. This location needs better management read more

I used to love this store. The staff has always been excellent. I go out of my way to visit the store because of the superb customer service, But now that I've discovered self-scanning scanners, I'll have to bag my packages when returning Amazon purchases. I will no longer support this store in any way, shape, or form. I'll give business to the previous shipper. I don't work for you and you are taking away your biggest asset, your people. I've been using UPS for over 10+ years for my business. Employees are constantly wanting me to use the self check kiosk to drop off a package when I need to show a weight to show proof of item being dropped off. They choose to not "want" to give me a drop off receipt at the register and want to force me to use the self check kiosk. This is a problem because the self check kiosk doesn't give you a weight or proof of drop off other then a receipt with a weight of 0.0 LBs. Please add a scale to the self check kiosk for people that need to show proof of something being dropped off. Another store allows me to get a receipt with the weight at the register but yet you guys want to transition to using the self check kiosk so that we don't take up their time. Yet I've seen people come in with a package that has no label and they gladly help them and give them a drop off receipt at the register. I would give 0 stars if possible, UPS needs to fix this issue. read more
