Our business has been using this Postnet location for the last 3 years for both shipping and large format printing. The staff there, especially the owner, do a fantastic job of making us look like heroes to our clients. They never disappoint when called upon to help us make an impossible deadline. Thanks Postnet! My experience at PostNet has been mixed. This location has been understaffed on my last few visits. I have encounter long waits, even during what I would consider to be non-peak hours. I run a small business and recently experienced issues in sending a package in the timeframe specified. The staff that are available, are genrally friendly and helpful. read more

PostNet - Business shipments - Shipping Centers Near Me - Austin, Texas

The guy that works here used to be nice now he's just really rude i was really kind and he continued to be rude. Shipping supplies are way overpriced. read more

Poorly costumer service, extremely rude people that work there, they denied me to send a document to San Miguel de Allende, because the guy didn't know where it was and got frustrated and denied the service. WOW!! Super rude read more

Generally, the staff is not pleasant. The sole female employee is often abrasive and outright rude towards me.

They closed for a 3 day weekend for Labor Day (glad they are taking time off, enjoy!)... but update your hours so I'm not wasting my time heading over when you are closed. read more

Prices are ridiculous to mail a package. Go anywhere else and it is a fraction of the price for exact same service. Seriously, do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. Not to mention the bad attitudes. I never complain except when I feel I am being taken advantage of. That is definitely what they are doing. Btw, Harry S. is Owner of this business. He thought my review was funny. Exactly what I meant when I said the attitude in this place was unacceptable. Found nicer customer service, owner with integrity, and better prices nearby. read more

I've had my packages delivered here for a year, about to renew. It's an ultra-convenient location and was as or more competitive vs other options I researched. I often arrive 5 or 10 minutes before closing and there's never an issue. The peace of mind of knowing my packages are secure there vs the chaos I've experienced at the hands of USPS/Fedex/UPS at home, makes it worth it bigtime. The staff have great attitudes and if they're off slightly on their cheerfulness one day, cut em a break, they help a large volume of people, including the challenging ones. There's mainly great folks in our area, but also an alarming number of aholes outta Lakeway, etc., so I respect the staff for what they do for all the customers 6 days a week. read more

Would've left 5 stars if it wasn't for the horrible experience I had today. Arrived at 5:30 (30 mins before they closed) and asked the guy working if they were still open and he starkly replied "barely." I went in anyways and asked if one my packages could be scanned today and he told me it wouldn't be until Monday(which was fine). I told him I wanted to step out for a second to make a call before I gave him the package and when I got back, he had locked the doors and turned off the lights. I still had 20 mins before they closed. RUDE. I come here ALL the time and usually receive good service but this guy was not pleasant. I'm actually writing this review as they should still be open. read more

Sometimes you just need to mail or photocopy something. This is your place, especially if you do not need to wait in line at the official post office! Nice owner here and conveniently located by H-E-B in Bee Cave on Hwy. 71. read more

Have gone here to mail things for over 10 years and always had fast, friendly service. But today they made my day. I took a package of hair to mail to the children's cancer wig makers, and he immediately said he would take care of it. He mailed it no charge. What an amazing gesture! read more

Great crew here! So helpful and patient! I will bring all my mailing needs here from now on! Well stocked supplies, many work tables and helpful employees. read more

I have used PostNet for several years. They are knowledgeable and extremely helpful. I have watched and listened to them work with people with excellent results. Staff are all trained and equipped to assist you with just about any mailing, shipping, and most office supplies quickly and efficiently. The public area is clean and well organized. Staff are always willing to go the extra mile to assist me and other customers. Their pricing is competitive, a great value for the price. I recommend this company to anybody who needs a secure place to receive their mail. read more

Post Net does a fantastic job. They offer a wide variety of services which definitely help me running a small business. Everyone on their team is friendly and extremely responsive. They also have very competitive pricing on printing/copying. I highly recommend you check out Postnet Bee Cave for all your printing needs. We have used them for several years and are very satisfied. read more

Whether I am dropping off a FedEx, printing copies, or getting stamps they are ALWAYS so efficient and make it so easy. Never a wait. Friendly and competent employees. read more

Never Again! I don't know if the owner is going through a crisis right now or something to make him be so completely rude to a complete stranger who is also a paying customer. All I know is I don't want them shipping my product and attaching that negative energy to it. Chose to not let them send it. If I could give anything less than one star I would. read more

I had an amazing experience at the Post Net at Bee Caves yesterday. My admin had sent something electronically to be copied but only sent a partial. I realized that when I went to pick it up and they were so helpful in getting the rest of pages downloaded and printed and rebound while I waited. All with great customer service. I recommend Post Net Bee Caves. read more

I have been using this post net location for a long time. Every single time I have been here the service has been fantastic and I am typically in and out in a very short time. I sometimes have to send some heavy different type of packages and they never complain. It's convenient , and well worth it. I will continue to use this store for as long as I live in the bee caves area. Thanks Russ!! read more

I thought I would save myself a trip to the post office so I stopped by PostNet. They wanted to charge me $4.27 for an 8X10 envelope weighing 7oz. When questioned they said it was too "thick" to go regular letter mail and had to go package rate. When I asked how much the post office would charge they said around $3.00. I said thanks, I think I'll check out the post office. So post office said "no it was not a package rate, it was an oversized envelope rate and the total charge would be ... wait for it.....$2.12. Yes, PostNet wanted to upcharge this 100%. A bit outrageous I feel. read more

I have been going here for years. The owner must be going through a major crisis to treat his customers the way he does. Its like we are doing him a favor by walking in the store. Its truly a shame, because his staff has always been friendly, professional and appreciative for the business I "used" to bring in! I would dread going to work there if I knew I had to spend eights hours in that environment. I'll make the drive to Lakeway or into Westlake to an establishment that values my business. read more

I have been doing business with Postnet for several years now and I could not be happier. In working from home, I do not have the support of an office for my shipping and copying needs, so these guys fill a void in my life. They are always professional, prompt and provide the highest level of customer service. They take great care of every customer and make sure everything is done to perfection. I trust them greatly! read more

I've worked with the team here for the better part of 8 or so years, and they've always been great! I have a business account with them, so it's incredibly easy to drop off something that needs to be shipped and they package and mail it for me without me waiting around to pay. read more

I have used this location on several occasions over the past 4 years. There are 2 younger employees that have been very nice. The last 2 times I have gone by there is an older man that has been there. The first encounter with him he seemed very, very grumpy and did not even welcome me or any other person in while I was there and I thought maybe he was just having a bad day. Then the second encounter was absolutely terrible! They are a ups drop off site for packages, so I was dropping off 2 packages. Again no welcome, then he glared at me the whole transaction with his arms crossed squatting on his stool while one of the nicer employees helped. They made it very clear to me that they do not make any money off of drop offs. Then when I went to leave he went over to my boxes and just said "sh**" and I apologized and asked if anything was wrong and one of the nice younger guys said it was fine. This experience was totally uncomfortable!!! I have never written a Yelp review and this has driven me to take time away from my babies to do so. Whatever you are going through older man either put a smile on and come to work or please do not bother leaving your home to be ugly. read more

Don't use this store. I shipped a package with them, and used USPS (and in fairness - USPS deserves a lot of blame for the issues I encountered), and when something went wrong I called the store to inquire about my options. I knew there was little I could do, but they had told me that the package would be there by TH, and by FR it still had not gotten there. I even had the person I was sending the package to go to the post office and see if they could get it there - nothing. Postnet had recommended USPS as it was the cheapest option when I was in the store. I told the gentleman that I was going to contest the charge on my CC because what was promised was not delivered - and I wanted to give him a heads-up (something I did not have to do). Guy simply told me next time to use UPS or Fedex, and then hung up on me. I called back to confirm he had hung up and not gotten disconnected, and he said "I just thought the conversation was over". Very classy. This store will never get my business again. Never contested the charge by the way - bought another item there for $15, and didn't want to contest the whole charge. read more

Postnet treats customers as an inconvenience. I visited this place twice in the last two weeks. Last week, I had a prepaid UPS package to drop off. Old guy glared at me when I walked in, and when I asked where to put the package he yelled "LEAVE IT ON THE COUNTER." Not a great impression. Today, I attempted to ship some boxes at Postnet. As I struggled to open the door while carrying 2 large boxes, the old guy and a younger guy watched but didn't lift a hand to help, no greeting, nothing that said they welcomed a paying customer. I asked about pricing from UPS vs FedEx. Younger guy was flat out rude, didn't measure boxes, didn't weigh boxes, and didn't answer my question about UPS vs FedEx price. I decided to spend my money elsewhere, and went to a FedEx location. The FedEx guy greeted me, helped me with the door, helped carry the boxes, weighed and measured the boxes, and gave me two price quotes for express vs ground shipping. read more

This place is a rip off. Went there today to mail package to PA. Quote was $187 for 4 day delivery. Called UPS and they are picking up at my home and delivering for $13.96. This kind of markup should be criminal. read more

I've been using them for many years, and they are ALWAYS courteous, quick, helpful, and professional.
