So I have used Christian 2 times for my shop Tees. The first time I ordered a small batch and The 50 shirts were graphically correct but the ink that was put on the shirt was not put on heavy enough but I didn't say anything about that. On the same order, the shirts that were used were on 100% Cotton which I didn't want. I ordered a 50/50 blend. I did however tell him about this mistake and He was quick with me and said he would look at the invoice. He got back to me the next day and said That I was right. He then offered a discount on the next order which was a couple dollars off per shirt. Ok fine. I needed shirts so I lived with it. In June 2017 I made our 2nd order with Texas Hill Country Screen Graphics. This time he got the shirts right, but the ink was again put down on the shirt very lightly. It was black shirts with white ink and all of the shirts have a gray hue to them due to the white ink being too light and the black shirt showing through the white ink. I contacted him via text and told him directly that I wasn't looking for a discount or anything free and proceeded to tell him that the shirts had this gray hue and that the ink was put on too lightly. What we ordered was black shirts and wanted the white to pop off of the shirt. Instead they look whitish gray. Which really is not good. I grew up singing in bands and even toured around the world in a particular band so I know when screen printing is done well. We have created many many different silk screen shirts and never before this have I received such poorly inked shirts. I wasnt angry or going to rate this company badly until Christians response. He proceeded to call me an "F'ing Penney Pincher" He said that he "gave me a low rate for this order" (as if thats an excuse for shoddy work). He said that Its Probably our last deal and implied that he could take a 3 year vacation so he didnt need my business. Wow! I said that he should'nt treat his customers like that and that I had a legion of friends who I could tell not to use his services and would do that. But not before he told me multiple times to "Go FU@# yourself" I actually have never had anyone that I have done business with talk to me the way that Christian did that day via Text messages. I have all of these texts in my phone. I was in no way threatening him physically with harm when I said I had legions of friends, but he responded with " Go FU@# yourself, I have no competition!" "Yep, I have a whole boxing gym behind me plus my brothers whole business of fighters and trainers." Normally I just let this kind of thing roll off but the stupidity and arrogance was just too much. Not to mention the actual product service both times was not right. I know that I am 1 customer and he has many satisfied customers some of which have commented here. All I can say is, I experienced a very very rude person who couldnt give a rip about my business or my feelings about the service he provided to me. So Ill end with this. If you dont care if your order is fulfilled with carelessness and it doesn't matter to you if the people you do business with are completely void of anything good and are just faking the smile to get your dollars, then by all means give this company your business. But I guarantee that this man will not respond well when you have any issue with how he does his. Peace. read more
