Long story short I asked him to print shirts for me using a process that prints into the fabric. He said he could do it if I gave him the design by a certain date. I did as he asked. I didn't hear back for a few days, but when I finally did he said he was switching over to a process using vinyl. Although it's not what I wanted he convinced me I'd like his way of doing it and it looks great. They didn't. The shirts look like cheap iron ons you can hear crinkle like plastic when you pick them up. Basically Bharat ran out of time and used a cheaper process hoping to get my money. I lost money on the shirt sales because they look so cheap. I had an email exchange with him which I've posted below where he said he'd take care of me but he never got back, even after an email and a couple of calls. I don't think this is his normal way of doing business, so that's why it's so surprising to have had it happen to me. Sadly, I can't trust to use them again.

I had to make a few changes during the time I was working with Sam and the answer from him was always "no problem." We had a huget T-shirt order, I had to change the quantities, then I decided to change which type of T-shirt I wanted and then I wanted to change the size of the image--always "no problem." I love working with a business that caters to the customer. Truly a great experience and one bonus plus that I didn't expect is that it's possible to easily park right in front of the business so no hassles. Loved it.
