Anne's Embroidery - Customized Merchandise Near Me - Austin, Texas

I found a great vintage denim jacket at a thrift store in Dallas. At some point it must have had something stitched across the back that had been removed and resulted in a distressed look. I love the jacket, but wanted to make it more personal to me, so I took it to Anne and asked her to do a custom embroidery piece for me and this is the beautiful result! I had a great experience and would definitely recommend Anne and her work, especially for custom pieces! read more

Anne did a great and quick job on a custom embroidery!

Anne was an absolute pleasure to work with. She helped us make custom patches for our local business - fairly priced with a fast turn around time. Awesome finished product, would highly recommend for any custom hats, patches or embroidery needs! read more

I took a chance on this place despite other terrible reviews and despite seeing the lack of customer service displayed in her responses to poor reviews. I called 3 weeks ago, early January, and inquired about getting names embroidered on the back of bridesmaids robes. I was assured she could do it and to call back when I had them in hand. I called once my items were on hand and was instructed to bring them in. I dropped everything off the next day and went over details of what color and font I wanted the threading and that I wanted the names on the back. I was assured this could be done and told it would take roughly a week as I told her I needed these done ASAP with a wedding deadline approaching. Two weeks go by with no response, no update. I call to get an update on the status of my order. At first she acted as if she didn't know me, then I was told she had not started and had other orders come in that needed to go ahead of mine and I was now 4th on the list and she had no idea when she would get to them. If you are backed up why do you not inform clients and give them a new ETA; pure laziness and unorganization. I reminded her of our phone calls and conversations and she said no one can remember calls from Christmastime - the delusion considering this was January and well after Xmas. She laughed on the phone and said I can just come pick my items up because she is not going to do them now. I am sure this woman will respond with an unintelligent response like she has to other reviews but I would advise anyone to stay away, this operation should not be in business. This place is ran out of a filthy apartment and my items all smell terrible now as a result of sitting in that home for two weeks with no work being done. read more

Anne did a small batch of vests for my company. She was so helpful during the process and made great suggestions that made the order better. Very reasonable pricing, too. Will be using for future orders. read more

Anne is awesome! My mom owns a dog collar company and I wanted to surprise her with an embroidered logo for her upcoming pop up shop. I waited until the last minute but luckily Anne accommodated me! My mom had tried digitizing her logo in the past but many claimed it was too detailed. Anne came up with a design that was sleek but also true to the logo. She had the design and finished product ready in 2 days! Make sure you know what type of fabric can be embroidered. Anne can help you pick what will look best. My mom and I loved the finished product!!! read more

Anne is an amazing embroiderer! She really takes the time to sit down with you and discuss every detail of your design. My company has gone back to Anne many of times now for various swag embroidery including shirts, sweatshirts, and even leather! We love her up-front attitude - always willing to let us know if our set deadline isn't within her schedule - instead of overpromising and underdelivering. We love supporting local shops and will continue bringing our business to Anne! read more

As others have mentioned, Anne is rude. The address on Google is wrong and she's not helpful in finding her new address when you call. I can't speak to her work since I decided to take my business elsewhere from a one minute interaction with her. read more

Anne has truly mastered this craft and I have yet to find anyone who is as talented at giving you exactly what you want in this field. Also, she won't hesitate to make helpful suggestions that make the end result even better. I can tell she spends a lot of time and hard work on her projects, and the quality of her work is a rarity I will definitely return to her for! read more

Anne's Embroidery - This woman is a genius!! - Customized Merchandise Near Me - Austin, Texas

Anne is amazing at what she does! I was looking for a local place to make patches from a design I created for my mother. I called at least eight local monogram and embroidery shops and none of them would take small orders nor could make patches for me, but Anne graciously and effortlessly honored my request and a few hours after an email exchange and brief phone conversation, she had my patch completed quickly and accurately (down to the exact color match and everything!). I drove across town to pick up my patch and was greeted with such a warm and inviting personality. It was a pleasure chatting with Anne and I will definitely recommend her services to everyone. read more

Anne responded very quickly when I contacted her through her website. As one of the very few places I could find to do embroidery on a single item, I wasn't sure what to expect. I was very pleasantly surprised with the quick service & impressed with the good quality of her work. I dropped my item off that afternoon and it was ready within about 2 days - much faster than I had told her that I needed it. The price was reasonable & definitely fair, and I like doing business with local entrepreneurs so this was exactly what I was looking for. The knit beanie hat I brought her has a pretty loose/light weave so I was curious to see how it would hold up to embroidery. My piece was a gift (it's the "#blessed" beanie cap shown on her Facebook page) and the recipient's reaction was, "It's perfect!" so I have zero complaints!! Will definitely take other projects to Anne. read more

Really rude lady. Called up with a simple monogram on a shirt pocket, telling me it was impossible to do... I have had over 60 shirts monogrammed on the pocket.. it is possible.. told me to take it back where I did it before. Wish they were there - beats working with rude people... Sad thing is I do over $5,000 of monogram services a year... she lost alot of business... and the solution is simple.. taking the pocket off the shirt, having it monogrammed and put back on. Money obviously isn't the issue with what I wanted done.... read more

Anne has done quality work with everything I have brought her. I brought her about 10-12 items and she got it all done within a week or so. As long as it is brought in a timely manner and there isn't a seasonal rush, she gets the job done quickly. Her work is very well done and impressive. She gives you a multitude of colors to choose from as well as a variety of different fonts. She is very easy to work with and a very sweet lady. Whenever I need something embroidered, she is my go-to person for it. I know I can trust the quality and efficiency of it all for a reasonable price. The people who received the embroidered clothes also loved them and I see them wear it often. Needless to say, I am a loyal customer of her work! read more

Unprofessional, and unable to recognize her mistakes. I left her a few days before Thanksgiving and did not receive the item 12 days later- understandable with the holiday season, the embroidery I got was slightly tilted and positioned incorrectly. I didn't want to deal with her again because of her attitude and I'll surely be going elsewhere read more

Anne embroidered my scrubs tops and a few for my staff. I am so happy with the outcome! My logo is intricate. It came out perfectly!

It was Saturday morning about 9:45, I called Anne's Embroidery and asked if she could digitize AustinCablingSystems logo same day, not only did she digitize it, but also got all my shorts embroidered! highly refined, thanks for the same day service Anne's Embroidery, we appreciate your diligence and true care for you customers! read more

I wanted a single sweater embroidered, and found that most embroidery places -- particularly those on the web -- required a minimum order of 10-12, and featured clunky design software. Luckily, Anne replied quickly to my query, and not only was able to work with a single item but also was willing to assist me with design and price. My initial design idea ended up being rather expensive, but only because I didn't know the intricacies that go in to digital planning for more complicated embroidery designs. After talking it through more Anne gave me a design that worked within my budget, and the final result is brilliant. Would recommend, and will be a return customer if I ever need something embroidered again. read more

This was the rudest experience I've ever come across. Emailed about embroidering a shirt, she said she could do it in time she would just have to have the shirt/design that day. I told her I could drop it off that day. I drove to the location to drop it off, called her to make sure I was in the right place since the building looked like an apartment. I called and said "Hello, my name is Shayla, I spoke to you over email regarding a shirt." In that moment, I was right in front of her glass door to her business. She immediately responded with "You know what?! I'm not in the mood today. Goodbye" followed with a fuck before she hung up. She saw me standing in front of her glass door and didn't acknowledge me but instead walked up to the door and pulled the shade down. If she couldn't do what I asked, I can completely understand, but to be so rude and dismissive of me was uncalled for especially since I took time out of my day to make sure I got the shirt to her in time. I could have been looking for other places since I'm in a time crunch, but wasted time only to be disappointed. I still feel a little startled and not sure what I could have possibly done to get this kind of reaction. I've never written a bad review, but this just felt really mean. read more

Anne embroidered nine hoodies for my clothing line, Kincho, and did a fantastic job. Prior to actually getting the hoodies from me, she communicated clearly and took her time explaining and discussing details with me. She even took the time to recreate part of my design herself, since the font wouldn't work properly with her computer. Fair priced, good quality and flexible. I think most people who post negative reviews are either too impatient or don't take the time to reason politely with her. Yes she is a business, but it always helps to be polite rather than impersonal or inconsiderate. I'm very likely to do business with Anne again! read more
