I took a chance on this place despite other terrible reviews and despite seeing the lack of customer service displayed in her responses to poor reviews. I called 3 weeks ago, early January, and inquired about getting names embroidered on the back of bridesmaids robes. I was assured she could do it and to call back when I had them in hand. I called once my items were on hand and was instructed to bring them in. I dropped everything off the next day and went over details of what color and font I wanted the threading and that I wanted the names on the back. I was assured this could be done and told it would take roughly a week as I told her I needed these done ASAP with a wedding deadline approaching. Two weeks go by with no response, no update. I call to get an update on the status of my order. At first she acted as if she didn't know me, then I was told she had not started and had other orders come in that needed to go ahead of mine and I was now 4th on the list and she had no idea when she would get to them. If you are backed up why do you not inform clients and give them a new ETA; pure laziness and unorganization. I reminded her of our phone calls and conversations and she said no one can remember calls from Christmastime - the delusion considering this was January and well after Xmas. She laughed on the phone and said I can just come pick my items up because she is not going to do them now. I am sure this woman will respond with an unintelligent response like she has to other reviews but I would advise anyone to stay away, this operation should not be in business. This place is ran out of a filthy apartment and my items all smell terrible now as a result of sitting in that home for two weeks with no work being done. read more

Anne is amazing at what she does! I was looking for a local place to make patches from a design I created for my mother. I called at least eight local monogram and embroidery shops and none of them would take small orders nor could make patches for me, but Anne graciously and effortlessly honored my request and a few hours after an email exchange and brief phone conversation, she had my patch completed quickly and accurately (down to the exact color match and everything!). I was very pleasantly surprised with the quick service & impressed with the good quality of her work. The price was reasonable & definitely fair, and I like doing business with local entrepreneurs so this was exactly what I was looking for. The knit beanie hat I brought her has a pretty loose/light weave so I was curious to see how it would hold up to embroidery. Really rude lady. Called up with a simple monogram on a shirt pocket, telling me it was impossible to do... I have had over 60 shirts monogrammed on the pocket.. it is possible.. told me to take it back where I did it before. Wish they were there - beats working with rude people... Sad thing is I do over $5,000 of monogram services a year... she lost alot of business... and the solution is simple.. taking the pocket off the shirt, having it monogrammed and put back on. Money obviously isn't the issue with what I wanted done.... read more

As long as it is brought in a timely manner and there isn't a seasonal rush, she gets the job done quickly. Her work is very well done and impressive. I wanted a single sweater embroidered, and found that most embroidery places -- particularly those on the web -- required a minimum order of 10-12, and featured clunky design software. Luckily, Anne replied quickly to my query, and not only was able to work with a single item but also was willing to assist me with design and price. My initial design idea ended up being rather expensive, but only because I didn't know the intricacies that go in to digital planning for more complicated embroidery designs. After talking it through more Anne gave me a design that worked within my budget, and the final result is brilliant. This was the rudest experience I've ever come across. Emailed about embroidering a shirt, she said she could do it in time she would just have to have the shirt/design that day. I told her I could drop it off that day. I drove to the location to drop it off, called her to make sure I was in the right place since the building looked like an apartment. I called and said "Hello, my name is Shayla, I spoke to you over email regarding a shirt." In that moment, I was right in front of her glass door to her business. She immediately responded with "You know what?! I'm not in the mood today. Goodbye" followed with a fuck before she hung up. She saw me standing in front of her glass door and didn't acknowledge me but instead walked up to the door and pulled the shade down. If she couldn't do what I asked, I can completely understand, but to be so rude and dismissive of me was uncalled for especially since I took time out of my day to make sure I got the shirt to her in time. I could have been looking for other places since I'm in a time crunch, but wasted time only to be disappointed. I still feel a little startled and not sure what I could have possibly done to get this kind of reaction. I've never written a bad review, but this just felt really mean. read more

Anne embroidered nine hoodies for my clothing line, Kincho, and did a fantastic job. Prior to actually getting the hoodies from me, she communicated clearly and took her time explaining and discussing details with me. She even took the time to recreate part of my design herself, since the font wouldn't work properly with her computer. Fair priced, good quality and flexible. I think most people who post negative reviews are either too impatient or don't take the time to reason politely with her. Yes she is a business, but it always helps to be polite rather than impersonal or inconsiderate. I'm very likely to do business with Anne again! read more
