I had another necklace that I wanted shortened by a few inches and a new clasp added on. Which meant a new jump ring for the bigger clasp. They did this for me also. I honestly wasn't sure what or how I wanted the plaque to look and without hesitation the nicest gentleman began showing me various options and explaining the process.
