My order was small (8 jackets), so it would have been easy for it to be low priority in the holiday shuffle of mega orders (100s or even 1000s of pieces). Not the case! Scott and his team took care of me from start to finish and made it clear my business was important. Working with A-List was great: the online system is very easy to use and intuitive -- from art submission, art approval, communication back and forth, invoicing and finally payment. And they answer their phone when you call (a rarity these days) and write back quickly if you email. Jackets were completed on time, which was important because these were holidays gifts for our employees; we needed them to hit the date so the jackets could be distributed at our holiday party. I only have good things to say about these guys. A-List really delivers!

I needed a last minute screen printing job and was recommended to Sam, the owner of Under Pressure,…read moreby another local business who couldn't fulfill my small batch. You can either order products directly with Sam or bring your own. Sam prefers extra time to complete a job to make sure the screen print looks and works well on your products. Unfortunately, I was on a painfully tight timeline and needed this order fulfilled in a matter of days to account for shipping as well. If you need a math problem, here you go: I brought in my own bags (33, Total: $2,437.00). The screen printing job cost $333.00. After completion, Sam notified me he butchered the first bag since that was the test product, that leaves 32 viable bags. When I came home, I noticed there were 3 bags off-centered; his error, not the bag's. Each bag cost around $74. Therefore, I needed to purchase 4 more bags for him to redo (Total: $296.00). So, in addition to the $333 job order + the repurchase of additional bags due to damage ($296.00), my total order was $629.00... Though I am grateful for Sam being able to complete a rush job, I wish he would have compensated for the damage and misalignments, but it is what it is.

Yes, my dresses smelled a bit like cigarette smoke when I picked them up, but after airing them out for a day, spraying them with a mix of vodka and water, and then steaming them, they're odor free -- so I personally was okay with this. Elaine's prices were incredibly fair, her work was pristine, and she was extremely timely, so I'd recommend her and would work with her again if I ever find myself w more tailoring needs!

I was in desperate need of quick alterations at the last second to a bridesmaid dress. Elaine completely delivered on that promise, having the dress completed at the most reasonable price I've ever seen for alterations and did a great job, too. Unfortunately, the address listed on this Yelp profile is not the address where I dropped off my dress. I was asked to bring my dress to her house, and I didn't realize until I arrived that the house smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. I went ahead and left my dress, assuming she had a way to make sure that smell didn't get on the dress - she has a 5 star rating after all! I was wrong. When I picked it up, I quickly realized I was going to have to get my dress dry cleaned to remove the smell. I'm disappointed because her prices are amazing, but I can't handle the smoke smell .

It is an open space with all sorts of art supplies, tools, and just about anything your imagination can muster up. Lots of inspiration. I was hoping to make more than just one small block and have different supplies like fabric for printing. It was very therapeutic to carve my small block. The class felt a little scattered - but it was a very easy going environment, super relaxed. Our instructor was friendly and encouraged us to tap into originality without overthinking it instead of looking up patterns or inspo on our phone. I really liked that. And she offered us all coffee, freshly made. You can basically come in to do all the arts and craft your heart desires, on a donation basis. Affordable and unique way to release your artistic side without investing too much in all the supplies and then an abandoning a hobby. I'd come back with a friend and check out a different class.
