Yes, you pay a tiny bit more, but here's the deal, I value having a wonderful experience and a short line over dealing with a jerk and waiting in line 45 minutes!!! Jacob called me during dinner with my wife on her birthday to advise that They were not able to accept the package. While I understand that it was my mistake, I advised Jacob there was no battery and I'd be happy to remove the sticker. He then put me on hold to ask a manager, then came back to advise that They still could not accept the package. I drove back to the location to remedy the situation, and Ally retrieved my package. Ally advised I could not simply remove the sticker, even as I offered to open the package and show the contents that did not include any hazardous materials. She advised it was not acceptable, she had already seen the sticker, but she was more than happy to sell me new packaging. As this was a return with a prepaid shipping label, I was not there to spend any money. Her attitude was accusatory, rude, dismissive, and curt. I advised I would simply take it to another location without the sticker to which she advised rudely that she would issue a B.O.L.O. -. That's hilarious, are you police officers now? Absolutely unacceptable it seems like she was having a very bad day and decided to share that. this could have, and should have been handled so much differently. The package minus the sticker is on the way from a different FedEx with very nice people.

Most locations I've visited have felt unkempt, had rude staff, or just had that typical frustrating post-office energy. However, this FedEx is genuinely the best one I've ever been to. I've come here several times for shipping, printing, and other work needs, and I've always had a great experience. Today, I was greeted by Mehki ( I believe that's how you spell his name) and this wasn't my first interaction with him. He is always so helpful, kind, and attentive. We were able to get in and out with no issues, no wait, and the store itself is well-kept, clean, and inviting. This is the only FedEx I'll be visiting in Austin from now on.

I went to several different Fedex locations to obtain this information but they all agreed that the package had been dropped off here and signed for at this location. When I came in the next day to retrieve it, I was greeted by a nice but shy younger female employee who could not locate my package. When I asked her to double-check and look again, her manager came over and yelled at me. This woman was combative, rude, and arrogant. She explained to me that FedEx drivers and staff were idiots and that they had messed up, not her. She said they make mistakes all the time and that it wasn't on her to fix it for me. She also refused to look again for my package and then told me, her staff doesn't make mistakes. Ever. She literally said her staff doesn't ever make any errors so they couldn't possibly have misplaced the package and didn't need to look again to appease me. I will never go to this business again for anything. It's not the right way to treat customers, who are frustrated already that they have missing mail. She did nothing to improve the situation. We never did find that package and the whole thing had to be refunded and reshipped, which took weeks because she could not be bothered to just check for me one extra time to help.

Before I could try the dress on, sequins were bouncing off the dress. Not a good sign... In addition, I did not like the way the dress fit overall. So, I decided to return the dress. Many stores used to have free shipping and free returns. Well, now days, many stores still have free shipping but no free returns. I had to pay $5 to get return labels to ship this dress back. In the big scheme of things, this was not too bad (some stores charge $15+ for returns.) I went to the UPS store with my QR return code and literally, in seconds my return was made. He also gave me a paper copy of my transaction. In addition, I had my left over taco bag in hand and he said I could use a trash can that was hidden underneath a counter. It's a great convenient location, too. But I had an issue with them this morning that I have to share. Their website lets you create print orders to pick up in the store and I used it because I needed copies. They said the copies would be ready this morning, so I stopped by. The shop attendant told me their website doesn't work so my order was not only not ready but it was not even in process. He said I could email it but there is an additional fee to send it that way. Don't take orders online if you can't process them. The shop attendant was so unapologetic and literally walked away from me while I was still talking to him, trying to understand the situation. Don't call yourself a print shop or copy place either if you're not going to fulfill the service. Very disappointed.
