What a nightmare! Warning, don't do PostScan out of this location! I've been with this office doing PostScan for about 10months and rarely would my mail get scanned into the system per this office yet I was billed ghost storage fees month over month, sometimes in access of 6 times my normal charges because workers would not clear the system. It's now been a few weeks since I last went to pick up my mail, I haven't had any notice of anything arriving, odd because there have been items that were shipped about 2 weeks ago that should have arrived. Moved here about 3 months ago, my closest post office is bee cave and with 360 and bee cave traffic, it always tales at least 20 mins. I own a small retail business and have to drop off packages all the time. Someone mentioned pak mail, so I called and then went in. Jackson was spectacular, so helpful and it was so nice to learn that I could do everything (USPS, ups, FedEx, faxes, notary, packing, copies, etc) all in one place. Quick update - I continue to be impressed by these guys! E.g. I just went in today with a large, unsealed package with a prepaid UPS label. I asked to purchase packing tape to seal up my package before dropping it off, but they refused to make me pay for tape and took care of everything for me so I could run to work. They didn't make any money off the transaction, yet it was obvious they didn't think twice about taking the time and effort to help me out. I'd give them 6 stars if I could! read more

This business is contracted to handle my PostScan mail services. Yet no one takes responsibility for it. They accept the payment for these services as they are contracted by post mail to fulfill them but the woman Bethany who processes postscan mail denies all responsibility for it. I am terrified to have anything important sent to this address and am exploring whatever options are available. So far they lost my paperwork. She has returned my bank card, and package. I am told to use an online system by Bethany, that she doesn't pay attention to. I've never heard some many lame excuses in my life. Just do your job, and stop trying to blame everyone else for the fact the you aren't doing it. The gentleman who answers the phone, who I believe is the owner has been helpful and tried to smooth things over but unfortunately Bethany who is supposedly responsible for handling postscan services at this location and is not professional, helpful or competent. They will also provide you an extra PMB number that will be rejected by every online order that verifies addresses with the postal system which she will later use as an excuse for not processing or returning your mail. read more
