I obtained the notary from putting in a project into yelp. She was the first one to reply, and I…read moreaccepted her offer to notarize. We made an appointment for 2 o'clock the next day, which was today. Trusting that our appointment was firm I proceeded to drive to the place of signing only to be texted by the notary that she wanted to move the appointment to 330 the same day. I was a good sport and said no problem and drove home from our meeting place. Approximately 2:05 PM she texted me and said ETA 10 minutes. I texted her back told her I do not live at that location and I would meet her at 2:30. She did not reply. I quickly got myself together drove back to the location again went to the second floor put my 85 year-old mother in a wheelchair, since she is the one signing, took her downstairs to a library and waited for the notary. I texted her are you coming and she said you must've misunderstood me. I said 330. I showed her the text via image that said ETA 10 minutes, she told me that that text was for someone else. I literally had to sit in that library with my disabled mother until 4 o'clock when this notary finally arrived. This was very hard for my mother and very irritating for myself. I had two witnesses standing by that left, and I had to use two strangers to be witnesses for my signing of my legal document. I had another notary I could have used and I regret not using her. This woman was very inconsiderate by not honoring our meeting time and then sending me text messages that were intended for someone else. She literally put another signing at the same time as mine and pushed me aside, she let me know at the last minute, and left me sitting with a disabled 85 year-old woman for two hours in a library. I do not recommend this person. I'm giving her two stars instead of one because she did adequately notarize my documents. She charged me $200.

Details: I set up an initial consultation appointment for the afternoon with this company to do some backyard deconstruction work. The day they were supposed to come, I got a call asking if they could come earlier, within 20 minutes of the call because, in his words, "that would be more convenient for them." I said, "Please wear a mask while on the property." The contractor responded with, "Okay." I tried to be flexible, moved my schedule around, and began waiting. No one showed up after 40 minutes. I called again, and this time the contractor said that he wasn't coming because his company didn't require employees to wear a mask, and they didn't want to take the contract as a result. He never called me to inform me of this change after he spoke to his company. I had to call him after waiting for 40 minutes for him to show up. He never apologized. Also, we're still in a pandemic. If someone asks you to take precautions while you're on their property, you be a decent person and do that. He would have just ghosted me after I moved things around upon his request. Conclusion: Clearly, this company is unprofessional- they don't respect a potential client's time or health. The company said, "I should look elsewhere." Yeah, duh- why would I give them my money?

Very disrespectful customer service. You can't rely on them to keep their word or be on time. You…read morecan't even rely on them to show up. They deserve 0 stars for their bad business practices. Let's judge them by their own mission statement: They are not "friendly" - they're rude and inconsiderate If their goal is really to "make your experience the best it can be", then they should probably listen to their client's needs and do what they promised. They "pride" themselves on "punctuality" and "amazing" customer satisfaction. "Punctuality" must mean something different to them, like not showing up. And, well you can probably guess what I think of the "amazing customer satisfaction" that they supposedly provide.
