I confirmed the appointment via email and provided all the information she needed (address, phone numbers, etc.). My 83-year-old Dad got there on time and waited an hour and half for her to show and she was a total no-show. No call, text, email....nothing. I followed up to see what happened and she emailed me pretty quickly to say just she had a family emergency. Funny how she had time to email me when I reached out to her but not to let my parents know that she would not be showing up as promised to notarize their document....or even to apologize for missing the appointment. She is not dependable or reliable -- do not use.

We drove down and entered her shop (it's Suite C, so you'll need to go in the doors in the center of the building and then make a quick right: just follow the signs for "Notary Public"), which doubles as a place to get eyeglass frames.
