I have worked with Debbie for the past 14+ years in her roles with Rydman Record Retrieval, Flashback Data, and now The Legal Connection, Inc. Debbie is incredibly energetic, motivated, and professional in every way. Her joyful personality was made for customer contact. She understands the legal profession, the rules related to record retrieval and discovery matters. She is unique in that she appreciates the demands put on the support staff because she was once a paralegal herself. She never fails to amaze me in her abilities to get the job done whether it be through her management skills, business sense, or her "make it happen" attitude. Debbie has implemented those behaviors into The Legal Connection and her staff. My daily dealings are with Miranda Ruiz-Leal and Lupe Munoz. Both ladies work hard to complete my projects in my timeframe and understand what is needed to ensure the final product is accurate and admissible. Any client would benefit from the skill and knowledge exemplified in The Legal Connection.

She came out to our home (my Mom was fully cognitive but not able to walk anymore so she had come to live with me). My Mom needed also another witness for the document. Lisa even helped her with an additional witness for the notarization she needed. My Mom ask her specific questions as to confirm specific elements of what she was signing. My Mom clearly told her and the other witness as to her legal desires and preferences on several issues as they went throughout the document pages my Mom was either signing or initialing. Lisa listened intently and said she would remember my Mom's words. I remember how kind and patient she was with my Mom signing slowly and methodically and how she leaned in to speak to her clearly so she could hear better. She listened to my Mom intently. Lisa's Notary Service is a "first class" professional service and still is today. Valanna

She couldn't meet until the weekend because she has a full-time job and not available last minute, so we made a Saturday appointment and waited a week. I confirmed the appointment via email and provided all the information she needed (address, phone numbers, etc.). My 83-year-old Dad got there on time and waited an hour and half for her to show and she was a total no-show. No call, text, email....nothing. I followed up to see what happened and she emailed me pretty quickly to say just she had a family emergency. Funny how she had time to email me when I reached out to her but not to let my parents know that she would not be showing up as promised to notarize their document....or even to apologize for missing the appointment. She is not dependable or reliable -- do not use.

The woman, guessing owner, was rude and passed me off to what seemed to be a new person who had to be walked through on how to do the taxes. It took them all but 5 minutes only for her to say I owe 1500. Did not even ask if i had any dependents, I have 2, or any medical expenses, which i also do. Long story short, she said i owed because my employer failed to do something in their end. So basically i owed taxes because if my employer and to take it up with them. Went to a couple places elsewhere just to make sure and got a nice refund and nothing owed. It was a simple w2. Trash place and had the audacity to ask me how do i want to pay.
