The woman, guessing owner, was rude and passed me off to what seemed to be a new person who had to be walked through on how to do the taxes. It took them all but 5 minutes only for her to say I owe 1500. Did not even ask if i had any dependents, I have 2, or any medical expenses, which i also do. Long story short, she said i owed because my employer failed to do something in their end. So basically i owed taxes because if my employer and to take it up with them. Went to a couple places elsewhere just to make sure and got a nice refund and nothing owed. It was a simple w2. Trash place and had the audacity to ask me how do i want to pay.

My Mom clearly told her and the other witness as to her legal desires and preferences on several issues as they went throughout the document pages my Mom was either signing or initialing. Lisa listened intently and said she would remember my Mom's words. I remember how kind and patient she was with my Mom signing slowly and methodically and how she leaned in to speak to her clearly so she could hear better. She listened to my Mom intently. She couldn't meet until the weekend because she has a full-time job and not available last minute, so we made a Saturday appointment and waited a week. I confirmed the appointment via email and provided all the information she needed (address, phone numbers, etc.). My 83-year-old Dad got there on time and waited an hour and half for her to show and she was a total no-show. No call, text, email....nothing. I followed up to see what happened and she emailed me pretty quickly to say just she had a family emergency. Funny how she had time to email me when I reached out to her but not to let my parents know that she would not be showing up as promised to notarize their document....or even to apologize for missing the appointment. She is not dependable or reliable -- do not use.

We were stressed, but when we called, she said she was available that very morning for a walk-in, no appointment needed. Hallelujah! We drove down and entered her shop (it's Suite C, so you'll need to go in the doors in the center of the building and then make a quick right: just follow the signs for "Notary Public"), which doubles as a place to get eyeglass frames. Celine was inside vacuuming and making the place tidy on a Monday morning, and greeted us warmly, leading us to her office. She was pleasant, courteous, and exercised great attention to detail regarding our document to make sure everything was done 100% right and to our satisfaction. The price point was also reasonable.
