I was happy with the speed of initial response and actually getting papers served especially having provided a date it needed to be served by however I requested an invoice and affidavit to show proof to court and was not provided it until after my court date. This was a very important case for the custody of my children and the judge threw out my case because of not having proof of being served. I'm Very disappointed and frustrated and now more money that I don't have will go down the drain and I will have to start from the beginning.
