All I had to do was enter the code from the email on my phone, and my label printed right away. While I was there, I realized I needed a piece of tape from the packing area. There was a woman with glasses and a guy with long hair and glasses helping customers near the printing section, but I was never acknowledged--not even a simple "Welcome to the store" or "Is everything okay?" I've worked my fair share of retail jobs, and I know that even when you're busy, it's important to acknowledge customers. I ended up waiting in line for about 25-30 minutes just to get a piece of tape. When I finally got to Alexis and explained what I needed, she helped me in less than a minute. Alexis was very friendly, helpful, and provided great customer service. I would definitely come back to use the printing services because the process was quick and convenient.
