My neighborhood needed a sign for the front of our community. At the request of the board of…read moredirectors, we had the property management company request a sign, and they used Cold Fire Signs. Maybe about a month or so later, our sign started to fall apart. The company blamed it on the heat, and just give us superglue to fix it with. The superglue does not work, the plastic runners have fallen apart, and this company refuses to honor their work. Horrible sign, horrible service. Please don't get screwed by this company, and go elsewhere. Buyer beware. You have been warned!

San Antonio Copy Concierge is the best in the business!…read more If you are like me and constantly need to print marketing material for your company, you know how important it is to have a printing company that is reliable and professional. I've been a regular customer at SA Copy Concierge for the last three years and I have NEVER had a bad experience. I think only one time there was a small error with one of my printing jobs and the owner fixed it on the spot and didn't charge me any extra for it. Another plus about working with them is that they offer free delivery. I am sure it only covers X amount of miles, but it still worth asking if you don't have the bandwidth to stop by and pick up your order. Last but not least, they are very fast at getting the job done. I used to print items at FedEx and they would charge me insane amounts for same day or even next day printing, and I've never had that issues with SA Copy Concierge. Also, big shoutout to Gabby from their team. She is always amazing to work with and very quick to respond whenever I submit a new print order.

I emailed them a calendar I had designed for a Christmas gift on a Thursday they told me it would…read morebe ready on Friday since it was a few pages. I called them on Friday and they said "oh well it should be done by the end of the day." They close at 5, I got a call saying it was ready at 5:30 and I could pick it up on Monday unless I needed it over the weekend. Luckily I was fine picking up Monday. On get there on Monday and she flips through a couple of pages and it looked fine so, she wrapped it and I left on my way. When I got home I was flipping through so I could design each calendar so, there would be some color. I flipped all the way through and got to the year 2025 (I did a 5 year caledar) and it completely messed up. The calendars were completely cut off a or on the next page. I emailed stating the issues and got a call from Dawn. SHE stated "oh honestly I didn't look at it it, she printed it off and I just glued it together" what kind of business doesn't look at the product to ensure it is what the clientasked for. Let alone the pages she glued together didn't even line up. So, I brought the calendars back in they reprinted 2025. When I get them back they look okay until I turn to the back. There are black smudges all over and they glue a cardboard they didn't even fit to the size of the paper. On top of that the glue is already falling apart so much that I had to gorilla glue them back together. Needless to say I probably won't come back here
