I walked in and encountered Jason who told me I needed to disassemble the bbq and buy packaging for it. I immediately gave him an attitude (later apologized). I said fine and Jason got everything I needed for the return. He immediately began disassembling the bbq with lightning speed and perfection. I hadn't asked for this. He then boxed everything up and sealed the box with the gift wrapping precision of a professional. I just stood and watched his amazing skill AND talent. He said, "you're all set" and gave me a return receipt. My expectations are that I can easily pick up my mail by request -- since my box is at the top row and difficult to reach; easily ship off Amazon returns; take care of simple business-related tasks, etc. For this level of service, the staff has been attentive and friendly, and competent. As a small business owner myself, it is difficult to read the overly-passionate negative reviews, and I really wish Dick would solicit more positive reviews that I am more than certain he would get upon request. Customer service experience…read more I had to return a delivery which was made up of 2 identical shaped packages. All I needed to do since only one label had been provided was tape the boxes together, as per the instructions of the employee. I asked if I could use the tape that that same employee had just set on the counter and was flat out told no! So now I have to leave the store and head home and tape or pay $14 to have them do it. A multi-billion dollar company won't give the courtsey to allow a customer to use a piece of tape. I won't be going back to this location.
