He did not talk over me, and provided me with a lot of useful information. In short order he had my computer up and running. The fees were very reasonable, ESPECIALLY when you take into consideration the absolute necessity of having a reliable computer, and also consider the cost of a new computer and the nuisance of having to set up a new computer.
