I ordered a mattress thru Home Depot. they told me that it would be delivered on AUG 21'st . it was going to be delivered via Rxo . the 21'st came and i have not heard anything from anyone, so I call Rxo and they told me my delivery would be on Oct. 5th. that was way to long of a wait , so I told them to cancel my delivery. I also called home depot to cancel the order. Home depot cancelled the order after I explained that I could not wait that long for a mattress. 6 days later ( AUG 26 ) I get a call from Rxo telling me that my mattress will be delivered the next day ( AUG 27 ) . I told them I already cancelled my order and delivery . they would not listen to me ( they just kept talking over me. I told them once again to cancel my delivery. today ( AUG 27th ) I get a text from RXO that my shipment was on its way ................ Worst freight company I have ever dealt with. Great delivery service for my Wayfair refrigerated. The only hitch was in the initial process of scheduling the delivery. I got both texts and emails asking me to click a button to schedule the delivery. You would think that would take you to a calendar or list of dates to select from. But instead it just opened a pop up saying I had to call to schedule it. Then every time I called for the first 4 days, I would get a message saying there were 0 callers ahead of me, but no one would ever answer. But eventually I did get someone to answer. But their process added an unnecessary layer of confusion and frustration. But once scheduled, I got regular emails and texts letting me know the status and the driver called as expected 30 minutes before delivery to confirm. And they hauled off the old one and installed the new one as expected and came well within the 4 hour window I was given. read more

RXO admits my refrigerator was delivered to them by Samsung last November, but was stolen while in their care. I was charged for the refrigerator by Samsung and it is still not replaced because Samsung says RXO needs to locate it and they refuse. I am filing a complaint for consumer fraud with the attorney general's office today after contacting RXO and Samsung over 25 times in the last 2.5 months. Mostly a great experience. Delivery of my new dishwasher was on time. Driver was neat and courteous. Installation is a separate trip. The final installers were prompt and courteous. Some people ahead of me cancelled so I got bumped up to a new time slot. The installers confirmed via phone if this was okay before they arrived, which was great. I felt safe for COVID and had no service issues with the installation. Due to an odd electrical configuration, the dishwasher wouldn't physically fit in the space. The installer provided tips for how to rearrange the electrical connection (they can't make field modifications for liability - I get it). The installer even left his personal number and said he'd finish the final touches of the install once my work was done. Overall - I'm satisfied. The two points that prevented a 5-star review: 1. XPO corporate was supposed to auto-schedule install after the delivery. They did not. After a week of waiting, I called XPO and they scheduled it. The local manager was very apologetic and even called me back later to confirm final details. 2. The first delivery attempt went south fast. It was the last stop on a hot Friday afternoon. My under-sink cutoff water valve to the dishwasher was stuck open (as is probably everyone's!). The installer was fairly rude and indignant. I offered to shut the water to the house off but he said that would not work (of course it would - it's the same thing!). After a little back and forth, I gave up. Last thing I would want is to force this guy to do a job he so clearly did not want to do. XPO rescheduled for next business day without any fuss, though. read more

After the initial troubles with a delivery team, the management stepped in to make things better. I would still like to see the ability to talk to on site staff instead of an overseas answering service (even during business hours). It would allow customers to not have to escalate issues. It would also be nice to receive a call from an actual person to schedule your delivery, instead of having to go online and do it yourself. read more

Delivery was prompt and called 25 minutes prior to arrival. Technicians were respectful of property when removing old washer and replacing with the new washer. Made an order for a Serta mattress from Lowes. They choose RXO for delivery. It was a clown show from that moment on. Missed delivery dates, no returm phone calls, and seemingly unethical behavior. Kept telling me I would get a delivery on a Friday between 2-6pm night until 11pm, an obvious lie that the woman on the phone in the Philippines finally admitted. Just say you aren't coming, She seemed embarrassed to work here, and I understand. Its a terrible company. read more

Getting my purchase scheduled for delivery with XPO logistics was a nightmare. They wanted to reschedule my delivery more than 3 wks from my original scheduled date. XPO logistics changed the delivery date muItiple times. I spoke with their call center many times over multiple days and over many many hours to get a reasonable delivery date. Speaking with the XPO logistics call center was a horrible experience. The call center is in a foreign country so one the agents kept using the time differences as the reason why she kept giving me the wrong info. They kept lying. On one of the calls I can hear many other agents in the background giving the same lie to others. Speaking with a XPO logistics agent was like being stuck in a circle without a way to get off. The only saving grace was the actual delivery team. They were very professional and did a good job. I think they were most likely third party contractors. They had a generic unmark delivery truck and did not wear any uniform. read more

Good delivery service for Samsung washer & dryer purchased on Samsung. The delivery included installation and hauling away the old appliances (which we paid extra for). Overall service was very good except their truck had issues and we were told the delivery might be late. It arrived within the scheduled time frame and the the guys were friendly, helpful and did an overall very good job on the installation and haul away. My only complaints are the dryer needs to be leveled a little more and the washer received a ding on the front. Samsung is sending a replacement washer for the minor damage. read more

RXO delivery team was outstanding. They were clean, respectful and professional. The problem I have is with pre-delivery scheduling. It's apparent that RXO has scheduling issues, whether it's manpower that delays deliveries, that's what needs to be analyzed and rectified. I was rescheduled twice, day after day. I believe RXO just needs to slow down in their scheduling until they are current. read more

Had XPO deliver a new mattress today. Delivery time was between 7am and 11am. XPO used automated messenger to tell me the driver was headed my way. Driver called and stated he was about 15 minutes out from the address. They arrived and carried the mattress into the bedroom. Friendly crew, delivered just after 8 am. Great job! read more

This was my first experience with XPO delivery so I was not sure what to expect. My particular delivery team was so helpful and accommodating! They called ahead to inform us of their expected arrival and asked if we had any special instructions. Once at our home, they were very nice and helpful making sure to safely and accurately unload our items where we wanted and went above and beyond by assisting us in removing our front door -and putting it back on- in order to fit one of the larger items through.
