Great store. Service was great. Timing was awesome I was in and out very quickly. Employees worked quickly and efficiently as it seemed they all knew exactly what to do. I had to return a router and they did very good work not only with me but keeping the flow of customers going. Over all worth it to stop by this location. Will definitely be back in the future. read more

8/20 2:50 pm. Closes at 3:00. Sign on the door said, "Closed due to storm". No Storm at all today. Hot, bright, dry, sunny day. It was a simple drop off. Major inconvenience. Another customer was needing service as well. read more

I needed to ship eight boxes (almost 300 pounds) to Boston this past week. I did not have any idea of how to get the boxes there timely because a family member needed them for school. I went to the UPS Nacogdoches store and talked to Jenny, the manager . Problem solved!! Jenny immediately went to work and organized my shipments. She lifted boxes , tagged the boxes, got them ready for the truck and soothed an old man's anxiety! Jenny never made me feel rushed and helped me through the process even though the store was very busy each time I was there. Her coworker Michael also helped me so much by lifting those heavy boxes and saving my aching back. Jenny and Michael definitely provided star service above and beyond a usual business experience. The level of kindness and professional pride is hard to find and I am so appreciative of their efforts. And....the boxes arrived in Boston with zero issues. read more

I come to this store about once every month for Amazon returns and Jenny and Michael are fabulous! They are friendly, welcoming, helpful, and kind. I absolutely love Jenny's "Hallo queen" Jeep in the parking lot! They make my visit so much easier and kind of fun I'm a nurse and typically when I come by it's after I got off of work in the morning and they get me in and out very quickly and with a smile and a laugh. read more

Great UPS store. The folks here are really nice. It can get busy, but it's also slow at times. I suppose if there's a really long line, it may affect the service because the times I've been there, there was no line when I got there, but by the time I left, there was a line. read more

Seriously! This UPS store has the greatest employees. Jenny has helped me the last 5-6 times I have gone in. She sees me w my bags of Amazon returns & instead of dreading helping me, she smiles, welcomes this "tornado" back & helps me figure out all of my returns. She is patient & just an absolute breath of fresh air in this crazy world! Every time I need to take care of returns or any of my shipping needs, I already know where I'm going! It's where you should go too! Customer service doesn't get any better than this! read more

I mainly use this store to drop off Amazon returns. It's usually pretty quick and and in there less than five minutes unless there's a lonely old timer in there talking it up with one of the clerks. The clerks are always friendly and looking to move the lines quickly. I wish they would stay open a bit longer on weekdays but it's not usually an issue. read more

The service I get here 99% of the time is on point. Friendly, attentive, and very helpful with any concerns. The only downside is they seem to be a bit under staffed, so there is usually a wait........at least every time I go, and that's about 2 to 4 days a week for my job. Prices are going up, but that's everywhere, and even then, it's still not bad for standard box shipping. read more

The ladies here are always welcoming and helpful! I often stop in for notaries. The wait is short, I'm in & out!

I love coming to this UPS store, the employees are always friendly and helpful. The manager Jenny is amazing. Her spirit is astonishing, and she knows each customer. You can tell that she has the personality for customer service. I have seen her handle customers with grace. Jenny deserves a higher rating than 10 because she is fantastic. read more

The front ladies are super rude and do not care to help. i went to another location and they helped me with my notary. i wouldn't recommend unless ur doing something simple and easy for them to understand. read more

I have had the most BLESSED EXPERIENCE EVER. I have never been more grateful to have met the manager Jenny J . She assisted me with making sure my order was sent to the wright address and kept track even after it arrived, also called me back to reassure me that my order was delivered and OMGOSH even refunded me for shipping because of a mistake the driver made , but was professional done from A to C . I can't explain how blessed I have been to seriously have met this wonderful lady. She has a great personality and even after a good sense of humor as well. She handles everyone with care and even her staff are always smiling with her too . I honestly won't go anywhere else because that type of management is what keeps the employees happy and faithful but also the customers. Including me . Thank you again Jenny read more

I've used this store for a very long time. I took two packages from Amazon packed but left for UPS to tape up. I usually do it all myself even though they say you don't need to, this time I was in a rush. Dropped them off and just received notice from Amazon that they never received either package and charged me for them. So I spent $132. I wouldn't accuse but when it's the very first time I've ever taken anything there to be sealed I think it would be an unusual coincidence. Very unhappy, so I'll take everything elsewhere going forward. read more

I came to this UPS store a while back in need of a notary. I walked in with my elderly grandfather and he was hoping to update his Will but in order to do so, it had to be notarized. I was immediately impressed with the cleanliness and organization of this location. It is easy for shipping stores to get cluttered and messy as the hubbub of the day comes their way. There was a line and at that point my grandpa could barely stand and they ushered out a chair to us without even having to be asked so we could wait out the line with as much ease for him as possible. That's worth a couple stars all on its own. When it was our turn, the notary came out to meet us rather than making him walk to her. She did her best to be thorough and checked all IDs and things necessary but did so with a patience that I really want to commend. It can be difficult to handle the time it takes an elderly man to get cards out of his wallet. He could barely see and seemingly menial tasks really took a lot longer that day for him. Despite the long line, she stuck with us and waited patiently and dealt with him with a sweetness that really made a difference. It was an emotional day as well and she just let him do what he needed to do. In this day and age I feel service like that is hard to come by but I can tell you to a family dealing with hard times those little touches mean so so very much. I had to write a Yelp review as a way to say thank you to this kind woman. The Will was notarized and taken care of and one of the men working that day swapped her places when it was time to leave and helped us out to the car. Again beyond the normal service necessary at a UPS store and it didn't go unnoticed by us. I would gladly drive out of my way to visit this store and give them my business again as a token of appreciation. If you're looking for a place that provides the highest amount of customer service and handles their crowds with ease and patience, this is your spot. Thank you so much to the employees of this location that day. Your extra attention made a world of difference to my family and me! read more

They charge $2 just to email them the document you need to print. And apparently they can't print the whole page you send them because first they cut off the bottom of my document and when I asked them to fix it (all you have to do is fit it to the page) they cut off the side of the document and said that's all we can do. Print anywhere else. read more

This is my go-to for shipping. Works especially well for Amazon returns - they just scan my phone and hand me a receipt. Easy! Place is always neat and orderly. It's very compact so there can be a line sometimes. But, it goes quick - they are friendly and professional there. They had a funny birthday card today of a cat vomiting a rainbow. Classic. :D read more

The owner and the employees have amazing customer service and I love getting my packages instead of being left by my door to be stolen. Its located conveniently for me and now they are open on Sundays. You can not lose!! It is a great place with great helpful people!! read more

Love this bunch of professional employees. Owners should be proud of the great attitude and always smiling and happy to see their mailbox clients and walk in customers. I moved to Boerne otherwise I would still be there. Mail and packages were always delivered timely and packages that I sent were delivered on time. read more

This place is a scam. They charge double the rate then any other regular USPS store, cost me $10 to ship a bracelet in an envelope to another county in Texas. This place is WAY over priced. Would not recommend coming here. read more

I love this UPS store. Everyone takes care of you very well & makes sure you're taken care of. Jenny runs a tight ship, sets the standard very high & is an amazing owner - I don't go anywhere else to ship or print anymore. read more

I asked when my package would arrive and she said she honestly couldn't tell me. I just paid to ship something and that's usually the first information that they give you. You get and option of how soon you would like it to ship. read more

We needed a notary quickly so we did a search for nearby. Ups has them and we were able to make an appointment online! Great! Except, when we arrived for our 9 am appointment, after patiently waiting, we were told the notary doesn't come in until 10:15. So we schedule to come back when the notary is back. It appeared when we walked in that there were two lines so we got into the line that had the notary. While waiting we were told to form everyone into one line, even if we did have an appointment. Once we saw the notary it was smooth. Be aware of actual availability times and if there's only supposed to be one line, keep it that way. read more

Delivers my mail properly ALL THE TIME! Been trading with them since 2000. On my 14th Year!!! Had a couple of issues with them holding packages for me. I have to remind them I don't live next door to them. Call in mail check and package check. Certified mail acceptance and refusals available.. And yes Krystal it is clean and organized. You can't say that about the post office on Babcock, or the Balcones Station on Jollyville in Austin. read more

very friendly employees and my packages are never damaged. Better than arriving on the truck
