Super fast service. I had a print job that took me 2 minutes from the time j got in to finish. Friendly staff with a lot of space to wait. Super clean and user friendly. Same plaza next to joint chiro with the crazy parking lot and traffic going in all directions. Theu do have disabled spots near the entrance. read more

What a waste of time. People working there don't know how to do their job & were unable to process a simple, straightforward Amazon return. My regular store handled it without a hiccup. UPS store does not have a bar code scanner for returning Amazon packages. Basically, store is for mailing packages with an address label. I drove to Elizabeth City as they are the closest full-service UPS store. Amazon is back to sending bar codes for returns. Glad you now have bar code scanners to print address labels. I was in a few weeks ago to return an Amazon order and the person in the store told me you could not print Amazon Bar codes for returns. Thanks for the update. read more

Every single time I come here they make me purchase something. One time they said I had to email them the emailed version of a label because they don't scan and print the labels that company sends - which is odd considering that every single UPS I have been to has never had an issue. This time said they do scan them, but the box I brought the item in "couldn't be labeled" so I had to buy something to ship it in. It's odd because it's a hard, very sturdy box that the company shipped the product to me in! I did take my box back and would love to show someone else it for a second opinion and realistic reason! They don't offer a price breakdown like USPS. Give me all the options without me asking you how much the insurance costs. Guy suggested I pay $88 dollars to return a $300 product. When I asked if there was a difference between UPS and UPS Store prices, he yes, but customer service is better. I will only use the ups store for my amazon returns in the future. read more

Very disappointed with the service received. This store misaddressed (omitting a street address I provided) a package to Canada which ultimately led to this package bouncing around western Canada for three weeks. The store owner insists that my signing the credit card receipt indemnifies his store from any responsibility...sort of an "as is" sale. UPS investigation places the fault on this UPS store and says the package should not have been shipped without a complete street address. Will not do business with this store ever again. Reflects poorly on the entire UPS brand. read more

I was in a very unusual situation that I had to get clothes to friends in Colorado for a funeral, I went to the UPS store on Saturday (that was still open but the pick up had already occurred, which was unusual in itself. I explained my situation and they wanted $157 to ship a 5lb box overnight, but I could ship it two day for $60, but since they had already picked up, I would have to take it to the drop box. I told him I would take it out near the airport, I thought they were the latest pickup. HE PACKAGED, WRAPPED and TAGGED the package. I paid almost $60 and took the box, I couldn't find a location that had not picked up yet, I got customer service on the phone, they gave me a location, when I got there it was closed, I called again and they couldn't get me any location on that side, sent me to the main UPS building with a drop box and guess what- THE PACKAGE DIDN"T FIT!!! So now what, they need funeral clothes ASAP and UPS set us up for failure at the cost of $60 out of my pocket. NEVER going through UPS ever again! Had to ship it from work overnight using FedEx..............................................................So we have a Veteran that just lost his daughter, and he has to wait on clothes so he can attend the funeral because UPS is awful! read more
