I normally don't go to this UPS Store, but I was in the area and needed to drop off a pre-labeled package. The box just needed one small piece of tape to be sealed--something I've never had an issue with at any other UPS location. The manager (or owner), Antonio, informed me they charge for tape, which was surprising, but even more disappointing was his attitude. He was incredibly condescending and unprofessional, speaking to me as if I were an inconvenience rather than a customer. Instead of explaining their policy in a respectful way, he chose to belittle me in front of others. The whole interaction felt unnecessarily hostile and uncomfortable. For comparison, I usually go to the UPS Store off 3009, and the difference is night and day. The staff there is friendly, professional, and always willing to help. They offer tape, bags, and excellent service without hesitation. I'll absolutely be avoiding this location from now on. If you're looking for good customer service, I recommend making the extra drive elsewhere. read more

I needed to have bulky military bags sent off to my husband overseas. I am so used to flat rate boxes at USPS, that I was stressing out on how to mail out these items. My mom suggested I go to the UPS store so they can help me find the best way to ship everything off and actually package it for me. Carlos assisted me with finding the right box and walking me through options as far as shipping goes. I appreciate him taking the time to show me my options before he started taping anything. Please avoid this location. Staff is quite slow. Also, I came to return something that said FREE drop off, even free for them to print my label. Sharon the mgr had me forward the label from my return to print. She also failed to tell me this would cost me 20 cents to print the labels and papers. A heads up would be nice. Absurd. I know it seems petty for 20 cents but it's about the poor customer service. If you can't print it for free, don't advertise free drop off. I could have printed at home for free. read more

I have never used any UPS Store around the USA that has given me better service than this UPS store. I was served by RUBY, who was truly magnificent. She completed shipping directions for two packages being sent to Georgia. She did not simply create the paperwork, but she continually was asking me specific questions regarding when I wanted the packages to arrive, giving me every option I had on each item. Throughout our entire conversation regarding what I was sending, RUBY was personable, kind, and tremendously knowledgeable of the UPS operations. She quoted me specific times for each item to be delivered, one at 10 AM and one at 2 PM the next day. Believe it or not, but both packages were delivered EXACTLY at the time stated. How could you ever get better service? RUBY is a true asset for UPS, a woman with an exceptional understanding of how the system works, and with a true customer service approach to her job. RUBY DESERVES RECOGNITION for her professionalism and her customer service excellence. UPS could not find a better employee. The staff at the store is incredibly unfriendly and unhelpful. I walked in the door with a large, heavy package and they just stared as I tried to bring it to the counter. They were very frustrated and rude in explaining different shipping options. My clerk took care of another customer while getting my shipping label printed because he was, "a regular." Ten minutes later, she finished my label. They are curt to my family and clearly hate their jobs. I will never return to this store. read more
