I called them on Friday and they said "oh well it should be done by the end of the day." They close at 5, I got a call saying it was ready at 5:30 and I could pick it up on Monday unless I needed it over the weekend. Luckily I was fine picking up Monday. On get there on Monday and she flips through a couple of pages and it looked fine so, she wrapped it and I left on my way. When I got home I was flipping through so I could design each calendar so, there would be some color. I flipped all the way through and got to the year 2025 (I did a 5 year caledar) and it completely messed up. The calendars were completely cut off a or on the next page. I emailed stating the issues and got a call from Dawn. SHE stated "oh honestly I didn't look at it it, she printed it off and I just glued it together" what kind of business doesn't look at the product to ensure it is what the clientasked for. Let alone the pages she glued together didn't even line up. So, I brought the calendars back in they reprinted 2025. When I get them back they look okay until I turn to the back. There are black smudges all over and they glue a cardboard they didn't even fit to the size of the paper. On top of that the glue is already falling apart so much that I had to gorilla glue them back together. Needless to say I probably won't come back here

San Antonio Copy Concierge is the best in the business!…read more If you are like me and constantly need to print marketing material for your company, you know how important it is to have a printing company that is reliable and professional. I've been a regular customer at SA Copy Concierge for the last three years and I have NEVER had a bad experience. I think only one time there was a small error with one of my printing jobs and the owner fixed it on the spot and didn't charge me any extra for it. Another plus about working with them is that they offer free delivery. I am sure it only covers X amount of miles, but it still worth asking if you don't have the bandwidth to stop by and pick up your order. Last but not least, they are very fast at getting the job done. I used to print items at FedEx and they would charge me insane amounts for same day or even next day printing, and I've never had that issues with SA Copy Concierge. Also, big shoutout to Gabby from their team. She is always amazing to work with and very quick to respond whenever I submit a new print order.

Due to the outbreak of the coronavirus, Howard reached out to ask if I still wanted my board printed and picked up the same day (there was a rush fee since it was being printed within a few hours of them closing). Ok, I went through several print-shops in San Antonio before I found TPS. I was so pleased when I…read moredid. out of all the shops I contacted or went to they were hands down the BEST. I went in and was greeted professionally and immediately. They sat down with me and listened to my needs and plans. Then took my order. Their prices were awesome, the quality was professional and above board. Around the office, I could see many examples of their work and was impressed. They provide so many services from standard printing to promo items to banners to mailing services and many more. I was impressed. I am a small travel agency just starting out. I was out to find a company to establish a long-term relationship with and I found it. I am not sure what happened with the other review that said they weren't interested because they were small was certainly not my experience in the least. I felt like I was treated the same as if I was a large firm (and I used to do purchasing for my old accounting firm that I worked at). They made me know that no matter what I needed they would work with me to ensure all my needs were met. I work with Trevor Thompson. I wanted one person to handle my account. I wanted him to have my logos and everything on file so if I needed something it was a simple matter of calling or emailing and discussing what I was interested in and he would run with it. I don't have to waste time talking to someone new every time I need something, resending my logos each time, he knows me and my business now and there is no endless wasted time reexplaining things. I can call him and say this is what I need, He sends me a proof to review and I approve or request a change. Once approved it is ready in a short amount of time. I have used them several times now, never disappointed. Always fast and professional. I love everything they have done and I now work exclusively with them for all my business needs. When I wanted to send out a mailer, I simply let Trevor know what area I wanted to target. He sent me a spreadsheet showing the routes and a lot of useful information like median income and house values for each route. Then he sent me the price and I was pleasantly surprised at how affordable they make it. And best of all they do all the work I just give them my vision of what I want to do. Don't waste your time with the shops that can't meet your printing needs (I had several that couldn't do my business cards the way I wanted, TPS did them perfectly and for less than what even office depot would charge, granted I used one of their coupons for that one). They have great specials so be sure to check out their specials page. I had other shops that couldn't help me always needing someone else to call me back and then some of them didn't. No need to worry TPS will take care of you right away. I can't say enough good things about Thompson Print Solutions. Professionalism - Excellent, Feedback - Excellent, Quality of Work - Excellent, Ease of Transaction - Excellent, Continued Support - Excellent, Value - Excellent, Range of Services - Excellent. I am telling you, you won't miss with this company, I HIGHLY recommend them!
