Ordering is easy, turn around time is fabulous, packaging is wonderful. However, their color…read morematching has gotten much worse since I started working with them. When a customer holds the print up to the original painting, it's ridiculously noticeable. The print is either lighter or darker than the original. Color matching is extremely important for artists. I've had to send pictures that I creased or tore up the prints in order to get a "credit." Used the credit to try again. The color matching was still horrible. This time I specified that I wanted a refund as opposed to a credit since I will not be using them anymore. Now they expect me to pay shipping and make a special trip to the post office? For their inadequate work? For them to just destroy the prints I'm sending back anyway? What's the point? Now I'm embarrassed that I had recommended them to so many other artists. Time to find a new printing company that actually cares about the customer and the quality of their work. Definitely would NOT recommend using them for professional reproductions.

Don't do it, artists! They make very nice product, packed beautifully and fast shipping. Great!…read moreThat's all fine and dandy. However, their website is terrible and their customer service is awful. I paid a lot for 3 huge canvases with the extra color correction. Two are perfect. The third- I like to do my own borders. It's very easy to last second knock it off center in illustrator. Since there's no way to zoom into their tiny mockup of your work without complete pixelation it's hard to see how your work is going to look. You'd think the person doing the color correction would have noticed it's not centered. Nope! There's no human to talk to- you are at the mercy of Angela who takes forever and a day to return an email. I was willing to take responsibility and needed to reprint. I had my canvases created two days before a 20% canvas sale, so I asked if I reprinted and did another huge one could I have the discount. That's fair, right? Angela couldn't even read the email correctly! Two days later (I'm on a time crunch) I get the answer "no refunds". I didn't ask for one! Still waiting on return email. For these prices there needs to be a human on a phone who can deal with artists' issues and a much better website. Moving on to another printer who has a human I can call and a much more professional website.

Absolutely unacceptable. I have never been treated with such disrespect by a business in my life…read more This entire interaction lasted less than two minutes, and I left completely shocked by the way I was spoken to. I walked in, smiled, and said, "Hi, how are you?" I was ignored. Thinking maybe she didn't hear me, I asked again. Instead of even the most basic courtesy, I was met with hostility. The older woman working there looked at me like I was an idiot and spoke to me with complete contempt. I have never felt so unwelcome in a place of business. To make matters worse, the store smelled like an ashtray. Between the overpowering smell of cigarette smoke and the unbelievably rude customer service, it was one of the most unpleasant customer experiences I've ever had. There is absolutely no excuse for treating another human being the way I was treated. Everyone has bad days, but that does not give anyone the right to belittle or disrespect customers. If this is the owner, I sincerely hope she reflects on how she treats people because it is unacceptable. If she is an employee, management should seriously consider whether this is the kind of person they want representing their business. I will never return, and I strongly encourage others to spend their money somewhere they will be treated with basic dignity and respect.

I wanted my hubby's business logo on one side and his and his employee's names/initials on the other (I bought the Yeti's myself and brought them in to be etched). I am super happy with the end product and everyone I have corresponded with here has been very nice. My beef is the poor communication. I"m guessing this is a new and upcoming business? And I understand they were very busy around the holidays, but I would estimate 8 times out of ten that I called them I got a voicemail, left a message and did not get a prompt reply. This place is located in Dripping Springs, so, not so easy just to drive out there to talk to someone. Also, not easy to drive all the way out there to see if your product is ready on Dec 23rd when they won't respond to your messages and confirm that it is indeed done and ready. They didn't inspire a lot of confidence again with the email system. After several attempts at sending them the proper size of biz logo for the etching (it took the 3rd attempt for them to be specific with the file size needed), they sent me a proof that I immediately ok'ed and they responded with a "great, we'll get your order started!". Almost TWO WEEKS later I get an email asking if I'd looked at the proof they'd sent and could I OK it? Uh.....and this on the day they estimated my Yeti's to be done, not just getting started. Like I said, I know it's the holidaze and I really do love the end product, but the process was fairly stressful. I just think they need to work out those kinks and they'd be great!
