I wanted my hubby's business logo on one side and his and his employee's names/initials on the other (I bought the Yeti's myself and brought them in to be etched). I am super happy with the end product and everyone I have corresponded with here has been very nice. My beef is the poor communication. I"m guessing this is a new and upcoming business? And I understand they were very busy around the holidays, but I would estimate 8 times out of ten that I called them I got a voicemail, left a message and did not get a prompt reply.This place is located in Dripping Springs, so, not so easy just to drive out there to talk to someone. Also, not easy to drive all the way out there to see if your product is ready on Dec 23rd when they won't respond to your messages and confirm that it is indeed done and ready. They didn't inspire a lot of confidence again with the email system. After several attempts at sending them the proper size of biz logo for the etching (it took the 3rd attempt for them to be specific with the file size needed), they sent me a proof that I immediately ok'ed and they responded with a "great, we'll get your order started!". Almost TWO WEEKS later I get an email asking if I'd looked at the proof they'd sent and could I OK it? Uh.....and this on the day they estimated my Yeti's to be done, not just getting started. Like I said, I know it's the holidaze and I really do love the end product, but the process was fairly stressful. I just think they need to work out those kinks and they'd be great!

I ordered yeti tumblers etched with monogram initials. The initials were JDA. The font for the J…read morelooks like a backwards be. No part of it resembles a J. I called to find out if there was something or someway to fix or redo the tumbler and they said I should've asked for a proof. They only offer two options for monogram one looks like a man's style and one looks like a woman's which is fancier. The sample they show on the website is easy to decipher what letter they are. Who would've thought a proof would be needed when choosing three initials. I understand if I had a logo or artwork, but for three initials seemed unnecessary. Most websites show you an example of what your monogram would look like - there's doesn't. Now I'm stuck with a ridiculous looking yeti that I'm supposed to give as a gift. The company offered no resolution whatsoever!

I've taken them various photos, art prints, paintings, old magazine advertisements, even some feathers over the years. I frame most of my pieces to showcase the artwork, not to match decor, and they always have great ideas for frames and mats. Whether I go with their ideas or my preconceived notions, the pieces have always turned out beautifully. They are probably not the cheapest option in three counties, but they are professional. I have always been satisfied with their work. You can choose different grades of glass from plain to conservation quality. There are a wide range of prices on framing materials so you don't have to break the bank, and I used some of their bargain precut frames for small things in the past. They complete work in a reasonable amount of time and contact me when any project is ready for pickup. The married couple who run it have always been friendly, and the new lady (assistant or family, I don't know) was very efficient on this last project. She had picked a couple frames out to start and when I showed her the kitchen for which the labels were intended she quickly shifted gears (probably the first time in my life anyone associated me with the word "modern" out loud). She also called me by name when I went to pick up my piece today although it has been a while--I always notice that because it is a skill I know I lack. They also have loose posters/prints available for purchase. They have a good eye if you tell them what you are aiming for--I've admired lots of the waiting projects for people with clearly different tastes than me but which are completed flawlessly--plus it is clear they enjoy their work. I look forward to each visit, which I can't say about every business. I dread the day they retire or move because I like knowing I have a place I trust.
