No line! One stop shopping! $85 to ship a bowl that Fisher Hawaii packaging and Post Office can do for $25, NOPE I am not as dumb as I look!. I realize that there is a premium price for no-hassle service but to charge roughly three-times what competitors do seems a little opportunistic to me. After attempting to use the UPS Store, I now understand why there is never a line. For people that are really time sensitive and don't mind spending money, I guess it would work but $85 to ship a 12 inch metal bowl to West Virginia was a little too rich for my blood. Especially when Fisher's could make a free box work, I am a regular (business) customer so Fisher might not be so accommodating to everyone. Since I know how to use the Post Office "Click and Ship" online service, there is no line to stand in in order to drop off the package for mailing. read more

Wow, fabulous experience today when I called the Bishop Street UPS and went to their store for the first time. Matthew, who handled my call and my in-store business, was attentive, but not overboard, professional, quick and thorough. He even volunteered to make a copy of their list of other island UPS stores associated with USAA (this store makes USAA deposits). His co-worker Mark was also friendly and helpful. The store looked really clean and was not busy. I parked in the parking garage just past UPS, which made an in-and-out experience impossible, but I appreciate Matthew and Mark letting me know that a $20 or more store purchase meant my parking ticket would be validated. I paid $0 for 30 minutes of parking. I read the other less-than-stellar Yelp reviews. Maybe I lucked out by visiting when Matthew and Mark were working, or maybe management rectified past problems. Either way, based on today's excellent customer service, I highly recommend this UPS store and will definitely utilize their services again. read more

Went there at 8:30 to use their notary service. The notary was working and there was no one in line behind me. The notary said she can't be available until 9:30 because there was only one other person working. I could understand this if there was a long line but there wasn't. When I asked if she knew of any alternative place she was incredibly rude and unhelpful. I went to the FedEx store on Queen at which didn't have a notary service at all but at least tried to be helpful! read more

Drove a bit extra to go to this UPS Store branch that has higher ratings on Yelp and boy, are we glad we did. We were presented with a quick but thorough list of options for getting a soft guitar case to the mainland at different prices and modes, even options not through UPS. Only one guy was working there, we were not rushed or dismissed for our original idea, which turned out to be a bad idea. Helpful advice is in the interest of the customer as long as we were open to listening to it. read more

I set up an appointment for my uncle to receive notary services via the UPS website. He received a confirmation email. When he arrived on the date and time of the appointment he was turned away. He never received a phone call or an email telling him that the appointment was not valid. He wasted his time and effort getting to that location. read more

I have been coming here since 2012, mostly to deposit checks. I've also gotten my passport photos taken here. The staff has always been very professional. The applicants are carefully screened. I'll probably come here in the near future to ship out packages. I don't have any complaints about this place. read more

UPS should be embarrassed to have a franchise owner like this especially if the UPS logo isn't in the scene. I can't believe what I was just quoted. I only ship UPS and was only looking for an address to ship 3 packages to and pick up upon my arrival, 3 packages @ +/- 15# each, they quoted $20 each! $60 to accept and store 3 small boxes for about an hour seems like tourist gouging to me. We decided to give the UPS mailbox a try, because USPS sucks! I contacted the store via email, and Fabian was the one that helped me out. I sent a package to this unit on Thursday March 8, 2018 at 9:55 am. The lady scanned the package and provided me with a receipt. On Monday, March 12th, I received an email from the Vendor asking me if I sent the package out because the tracking number was not updated. I contacting the UPS store and provided Ashley my tracking number. She stated that she could not find the number in the system and would look in the back to see if the package was still at the store. After being on hold for 15 minutes, Brie came on the phone and said she would assist me. I gave her the scenario and she proceeded to tell me that they "must have sent it out because the package was not in the store and she had no way to check if it went out at all. She was very curt and gave an attitude she couldn't help me even though I have a receipt from them that the package was received. I asked her to have the manager call me when he came in, but I never heard from the manager at all. In the evening of March 12th, I went online to check on my package and all of a sudden, now the tracking number shows up that it has been picked up this evening. Obviously, they found the package which I dropped off 5 days ago and finally sent it out. I did not receive any calls from the manager to apologize nor to let me know my package was found. I definitely DO NOT recommend using this facility because of the attitude of the employees. They care less if you have shipped a package out with a receipt of confirmation. Luckily, my package was found and shipped out. There is no accountability at this facility and I definitely would not use them ever again. You mail things out at your own risk. If you have a receipt, they will tell you there is nothing they can do about it if they can't find your package. Beware!!!! read more

I was hesitant to go to this location at first after reading the reviews but my experience was such a pleasant one that I just had to share. In fact it was so awesome the first time, I went back again within a week and received the same awesome service! Brennan assisted me the first time. Very pleasant, helpful and quick. The second time Bill helped me. Same awesome pleasant, helpful and quick service! I needed to return an item to amazon. On both occasions, they simply took the item from me, charged me a very reasonable fee for the box (which was worth it for me as I didn't need to go look for one myself), and I was out of there in a few minutes! Terrible service. I have a mailbox at the UPS Store 3904 and it's almost impossible to get someone to forward my mail although it'a service that I'm paying for. I sent out 3 emails on 3 separate days and all got ignored. I even called and still didn't get service. I will file a complaint with corporate as this is unacceptable. read more

i was in and out in literally 30 seconds. granted i had already packed my return item in it's box and printed out/adhered the label myself. this is easily the closest location to my house and is easy to find being that it's on one of the main streets right next door to wholesale unlimited. the lady there was quick to scan my item and then print up a receipt with the tracking number on it. it arrived and was already processed by the store i returned the item to in less than a week's time! read more

I came in to buy a photo mailer to take to the Post Office and send it with tracking. A UPS representative with a pleasant demeanor advised me that I could use a free USPS flat rate envelope with tracking and send it from the UPS Store. He saved me time and money.
